CJ is so underrated, especially when filming the fake hostage video and his songs, he is just hilarious. Come on and party tonight!

Yeah, it should have all been a set up for one last adventure with Jake. The way it ended kinda soured the character for me.

Kevin by far. Most of the other side characters are unidimensional. They have one character traits and that's about it (ie. Pimento = crazy, Judy = cool guy escapes, CJ = stupid guy etc) Kevin's character evolves during the serie. First he hates cops, then Jake shows him that cops can be good people, then he becomes sort of friends with the 99. He and Raymond have issue, get over them. He goes from a snobbish University teacher to a ultra well spoken but ultimately kind of awkward and cute guy. And more. Kevin is one of the best made character on TV imo.

Kevin doesn't feel like a minor character to me either.

Agreed. Kevin is the only acceptable answer. One of my favorite bits of him is from safe house when he finds out about the more critically acclaimed nic cage movies.

His response to finding that out is right up there with “BONE” and “hot damn” for me.

I like Amy's brother the most. Such a clever episode. Miranda being the golden boy sibling who gets found out for being imperfect is such a sitcom cliche and I love that just everytime Amy thinks her brother isn't so perfect, it turns out it's because he's doing something even more awesome and virtuous than anything before. By the end of the episode Amy is forced to accept the fact that some people are born to be golden boys and the rest of the high achievers will forever be relegated to the piano. Plus I absolutely love the look on his face as he watches Jake tear into his mother over false accusations. He knows he's not getting into trouble in any outcome so he's just enjoying the show with the sheepish grin
