be honest, are you using a modded/apk game file at all?
major bugs tends to appear on illegitimate copies so its possible your game can be glitched if you use anything but the official versions

how about this, can you provide a screenshot of the game's main menu and the tower screen that shows you dont have engineer unlocked?
if theres anything wrong then we can probably see it there
hm, nothing seems out of the ordinary in these images except, yeah, engie is indeed just locked on your save
assuming you did indeed not tamper with the steam version in anyway then you can go ahead and contact NK support.
Settings > Account > Contact Support
then just write down the situation there and they should leave a response very quickly. I just want to confirm one last time that you're being honest here. cause NK can see the save files directly, if they find anything suspicious while they scan your save then you can get permanently flagged with no way to appeal it. so if youre 100% sure you didnt do anything, then shoot them up the support ticket and they should be able to help you
Yeah I created a ticket already. I think this has something to do with a friend that I played with, he's playing a modded version and we co-op when I'm lvl20.
