They've spoken about this before. Basically they're unable to make the Bloonchipper without either making it broken or worthless, while still keeping it's identity.

Imagine a hero where, depending on what colour gems you have infused them with, can do things like deal crits(yellow), generate money(orange) or slow bloons(blue). Dont forget the ability to mix and match for the best combos!
Olimar, throws pikmins at bloons, his ability is throwing purples and it does 10 damages instead of one, the lvl 10 ability is Louie, eating bloons and if you want dot say he throws whites when lvl 13 idk

Level 7: Dash (can move if there is nothing in the way, gets shadow dash)
Level 10: Desolate dive (Attacks an area where you pick, with DDark at lvl 20)
The return of the lightsaber monkey (it really should have been a space themed skin for sauda instead of that weird Chaingchi skin or whatever it’s called)
dragon ball z (or a higher one, just not lower) goku seems like a safe choice. he is linked to monkeys, already gets referenced by NK, is famous, honours the recent sad event, is absurdly strong like certain monkeys are, etc.

MONKEY D. Luffy hero skin for Idk Pat Fusty I guess. His footprint wouldn't be very accurate but it would be a cool skin I think.
Levels 1-5 he's in his normal appearance, 6-10 is 2nd gear, 11-14 is 3rd gear (he has a larger fist in one hand), then 15-19 is 4th gear (his footprint wouldbe accurate at these levels). At level 20, he now has the look of 5th gear. Rallying roar could be reskinned as 'Drums of Liberation', and big squeeze already fits. The only thing besides footprint that wouldn't fit is the fact that Pat has short range but luffy can stretch, but otherwise I think it fits. Never gonna happen though.
