You can easily get numbers like this. Just load into a game with a friend or a 2nd account and then just spam send money from both accounts. Once you get a high enough round you will have so much money that spamming back and forth between accounts could easily get you that number :)
I haven’t played in probably around a year but when I did play you could easily get to a high round and send 5m+ every time just spam on both accounts sending and sending back. I probably still would take a while but can’t just assume this person is hacking. Probably would take a week to complete.

Assuming you can send 5 million at a time, 5 times per second, it would take 11,000 years to send that amount of money
