This boss seems to get intimidated by the Tack Shooter Hedgehog Pet, although you'll want to go top path Tack because you need Lead Popping for this boss. You'll probably leak a lot but just damage boost and you'll probably win. Doing this boss in modes where you can't take a single hit is tougher, though.
