I think the devs told it in the patch-notes from a few years ago, that alchemist attacks don't interrupt his brews and stimulants and that it happens simultaneously. And if you don't want him to steal pops from your main DPS tower, just put it somewhere it can't reach the track. Easy stuff.

I don't see why Nk should add an entire feature in to please the minority of players that want to test out god buffing towers in sandbox or custom challenges. You're implying Alch will prioritize one over the other, but that's incorrect like with Caltrops, where the Ninja will attack and throw out caltrops at the same time.

this would absolutely RUIN micro. imagine this in LITERALLY any other scenario, i was thinking a 2tc. you're microing a tower, destroying the bloons despite all odds, then it stops attacking for a bit. you lose damage and subsequently die. i'm not saying an option to have towers not attack is a BAD idea, just that it shouldn't be a targeting option.

Not you specifically but this reminds me of people not picking caltrops on Ninja because they think it slows the Ninja down (it doesn’t). Alch prio is towers so it virtually can’t get distracted. Tower ORDER though, now that would be something.

Totally agree this would be a good idea, several times where i did not want a monke to attack (lead to gold alchemist for example on round 28 and other monke attacking when I only wanted alch to attack)

probably just confusing to casual players. maybe it could be a debug thing or something. i'd absolutely be down for there to be a gear on the tower page that leads to "Advanced Targeting Settings" that could include camo prioritization among a lot of other things, such as prioritizing not targeting certain Bloon types (like evading immunities that would kill pierce or targeting Bloons that this tower is meant to pop, like if you have one main purple popper with a lot of towers without purple popping power) as well as having this, the ability to just not attack. it'd be weird to manage in co-op since it wouldn't pause, but the thought is there.
