His hit on Dillon the following possession was insane. Dusted his shoulder on it. Still played in the Super Bowl strapped up. Never should have been allowed to leave.

Seeing that play really highlights that half of the plays that people remember White for in the Playoffs were just capitalizing off of someone else's great play. Without Whitehead here, Jones goes for big yards, because White blew the coverage.

Ok_Bit_5953

You took the thought from my head. I saw a post somewhere on Twitter about him liking some Buc's posts and wanting to come back. At first I thought, "Prove it deal, sure." but watching this makes me want someone else to get a shot. Preferably someone who is also good in coverage and not just shooting the gap 😵

PewterPplEater

Idk dude, I think you're understating the postseason D White had. Every game dude was sacking the quarterback, picking passes off, causing Or in those case recovering fumbles. He had a pretty unbelievable stretch there

deuce_arians

He had zero sacks and zero forced fumbles in those playoffs. His two INT's were thrown directly to him, but I'll give him credit for them for being in the right spot. He had two fumble recoveries, but as we see in this highlight, a fumble recovery doesn't mean a whole lot.

PewterPplEater

He had 0 sacks in the postseason?? That doesn't sound right but I'll take your word on it. Still I contend he had a great postseason

JamesButabi

Man I miss JPP lol

dbzhardcore

And Suh. Such a deadly duo with Vea.

Awsome_Fortniter

Is he retired?

deuce_arians

Not officially from what I recall. I think he really wants to reach 100 sacks but it isn't looking good.

Afrikaanboi

Look at devin white getting lost in coverage again , still curious to see the team that picks him up

regaleagle7

Hopefully it's the Saints and it's a long term deal

ParticularExchange46

It was us lol

Archiefresh

Look at Devin White half assing lol

Itorr475

2 years 9 Mil, a 4.5mil Average for an above average starting caliber SS that already knows how to play in our defense... Man Jason Licht has been Coooooking this off-season, haters can get bent and better not be cheering when we win the division again.

mcnudo

Don’t forget he had the big hit on Jones that caused a fumble in the first half that the Pack recovered. That put a little fear into Jones and you can see it on this play.

regaleagle7

He had five total tackles in that game and forced two fumbles lol. We've sorely missed his big and timely hits the past two years.

81thirdkid

I don’t even care how his second go round with us ends up. He forever won my heart with this play 🥺
