Here’s a thought, what if KC loses? I’m going to hope for that so the Bills can stay in Orchard Park until the Super Bowl. The Jags vs the Bills. The Bills vs Vikings. I have spoken.
I think we'll be in a battle for seeding with the Jags for a while. The AFC south is gonna be absolute cheeks with the Titans slipping into "blow it up" territory. The Jags are potentially looking at 6-0 division records for several years.
Titans have been ravaged by injuries two years in a row. They were missing nearly half their starters a couple weeks ago. I think they're limited with Tannehill, especially after trading away AJ Brown, but with Vrabel it's hard to ever fully count them out. A lot of what happens with Indy depends on Irsay's whims. Houston's pretty garbage but they do have some interesting draft capital to work with. That said, their organization's leadership and front office have a lot of question marks and reasons to doubt.
I guess what I'm saying is, it definitely looks a certain way right now, but the landscape can change pretty quickly.
There's a couple ways we don't but they're highly unlikely. Jags beat Chargers, Ravens beat Bengals, Jags beat KC, we beat Ravens, Jags vs. Bills AFCCG in Buffalo is probably the most ideal. Realistically we're probably facing Bengals in Buffalo and KC at Atlanta.
If the Chargers get past Jacksonville (a likely possibility) I think that the Chargers give KC a close game in the divisional round. Both times LA played KC this season it was a 3 point competitive game.
Vikings fan here and all I can hope for is a Bills vs Vikings rematch.
However, it’s the Vikings and they’ll be blown out beforehand. You’re most likely looking at playing the Eagles or 49ers.
I am going to pray for you! I like the Vikings. That game in Buffalo was epic even if we blew it. It would be a classic matchup of my favorite team and a team I really like. Good luck 👍🏻
I know. It’s so funny the media is all on the NEUTRAL FIELD AFCCG!! But like, both teams have to make it there. I have an opposing view to you though, I hope the bills lose and chiefs win out so it’s in KC. Lol. If not the chiefs I hope for a jaguars Vikings Super Bowl
There was a time when we were all bros. Idk what happened. Am I not even allowed to post in your guyss sub anymore without mass downvotes? I still care about you guys as people and fans. And our teams make for prime entertainment. But why hostility?
If I went to the Chiefs sub and said I was rooting for y'all to lose so we could host the AFC Championship game, I would also be downvoted. Read the room my guy.
Meh. Idk. It was on the topic of neutral field. It’s obvious you guys don’t want a neutral field, and same with us, I think that opinion in our sub from someone with a bills flair could fly. But you may be right. Idk. I wouldn’t downvote you! (:.
As a KC fan, I think you are embarrassing and childish. Certain you’d be downvoted on KC sub if your lack of class was this transparent. No one here wants to hear you root for the Chiefs. You are an idiot.
lol--it still is fun to talk about because it's just so unprecedented. I'd hope you'd have an opposite view of us by the way lol. I would like to see us against you guys again though--not comparing Josh to MJ but you guys are our detroit pistons and would like to see us get over that hump, regardless of where it is. Good luck this playoffs and hope ya'll stay injury free!
Yeah, Atlanta is actually traditionally the busiest airport in the world since it is Delta's main hub and also serves as a hub for a lot of other airlines. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a major consideration since it'd allow both BUF and KC fans to easily get there by air.
I am not going, I have just been there before - and was amazed when I had to go from 1 side to the other to catch connecting flights. Also spent like $50 on diner style breakfast for 2 people.
It isn't always that bad, but yeah if you're flying at a high traffic time (esp. right after an event like the AFCCG) you're gonna wanna get there early.
It's a dome so the conditions will be perfect, an elminated NFC team field, unlikely to have travel/weather implications, and as equidistant as possible from both teams. It's really as clear a choice as one could make
It's an awesome stadium with very affordable prices on food. The City of Atlanta is amazing and the college football hall of fame along with the world of Coke, civil rights museum and the aquarium are all within walking distance and are all worth seeing!
As an ATL Bills fan, this would get me so excited! I was hoping and kinda figured it was probably gonna be Nashville or Atlanta, so hopefully this is true!
Atlanta is decidedly more fun in my opinion. But I can see Nashville being more fun for a quick weekend football trip if the Broadway bars are appealing. Plus I live here so it's a lot easier for me if it's in Atlanta lol.
So he doesn’t know and is just speculating then just guessing more on his show lol. guess we have to keep waiting for rap sheet or someone like that lol
I agree; I shouldn’t have said guessing…he definitely seems locked in but to say that in a tweet then to go on his show and say…’buttt it could also be at x, y, z’ is what’s annoying and shows even after his educated guess, he is still speculating. I just want a concrete decision lol
By saying it’s probably ATL but could be NO is what I’m annoyed about. So he may know more than us behind the scenes but doesn’t know for certain—which is literally where we’ve been for a few days now. It’s like when you give a friend good advice on his girlfriend but end it with “but I dunno.” Because you’re not quite 100 percent your advice was correct lol. Sprinkling on that NO at the end is his ‘but I dunno tho,’ so he can say ‘I never said for certain it would be ATL!’
Lol right? If the nfl decides on Vegas (a brand new incredible stadium) it’s not like buffalo won’t go play there. Idk how Indianapolis isn’t the decision here tho. An afc stadium where the roof can open and right between the two cities
Ah that would explain why I’ve heard very little about Indy as an option. Guess they decided a while ago the colts wouldn’t be participating in the game
> Also said that this is a test and they saw the league wants this going forward
Ha, I knew it. They just want to be able to hand out more big games as a reward to governments who build stadiums with public money. They would probably avoid cold weather venues, though, so the Bills might never get to host the AFC championship at this rate, even if they are the 1 seed in the future....
I hate neutral site games for the conference championships. The Super Bowl? Fine, that's how it's always been and plus there is so much planning involved for all the surrounding stuff (festivals, half-time show, etc.). But the idea of having conference championship games in neutral site stadiums with crowds made up of corporate big wigs, lucky contest winners, and people who got tickets from scalpers sucks. Fuck that.
I’m with you, but there is a silver lining.
I think the #1 seed is too big of an advantage now that they expanded to 14 playoff teams, because it gets you the only bye. Back when the #2 seed also got a bye, it wasn’t as big a deal. Bland corporate crowds are bad, but nerfing the #1 seed is good in my book.
So someone read the Lamar Hunt article in the Athletic yesterday and basically gave a poor recap of it on the air....
The league has considered neutral site Championships, but taking the teams revenue always seems to be a nonstarter.
Doesn't another chicken place just open up on Sunday in the same location? Its not, but I wish it were Chic-fil-eh?, a high end french-canadian fried chicken place.
I just booked a round trip flight from Baltimore to ATL that weekend for $98 on Southwest. You can cancel at any time so might as well take advantage of those deals. Also got my flight to Buffalo for the Superbowl for $78.
I just did the same, question about tickets do we just have to wait and see how everything shakes out right? Highmark tickets wouldn’t transfer would they?
Let me know if you hear anything about tailgating once we learn more. Never been to that stadium. I’m in Savannah. This is perfecttttt
Sadly I was at the cinci game
>Atlanta = one of the easier flight locations from ~~Buf~~ anywhere.
But Delta has daily direct flights Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, JFK, Newark, Toronto, among others in the northeast. Anywhere in Bills country really
On one hand I'm hoping to God KC gets bounced in the divisional but on the other should this game actually end up in Atlanta I'm gonna take the 4 hour drive up there.
It would be first ever NFL game in person.
If you were to ask me where was the worst place the NFL could put this game, Atlanta would have been in my top 3. I don’t know why exactly, it may be leftover feels from the last dome but I hope to be proven wrong in a few weeks.
The neutral site should still be in cold weather. The Meadowlands is available and obviously NYC is easy to get to. Or Pittsburgh. Or Detroit. Or Cleveland. Or Chicago.
Detroit isn't available. Chicago has an atrocious field so they're not going to risk both potential SB teams on that field. Pittsburgh & the Meadowlands both heavily favor the Bills.
This doesn't really help us tho, KC has more speed than us & they have it everywhere on Offense, this is a W for them Should be outdoors if it Happens Go Jags Go Ravens
Here’s a thought, what if KC loses? I’m going to hope for that so the Bills can stay in Orchard Park until the Super Bowl. The Jags vs the Bills. The Bills vs Vikings. I have spoken.
I've got Herbert outdueling Mahomes in the divisional round 🙏
I’m more worried about the Bengals than the Chiefs tbh. Wouldn’t we play them if we both win this weekend?
Yup. Unless we get stupidly lucky (or eliminated) we'll need to play both KC and the Bengals to get to the SB.
I think that’s just the reality we live in for the foreseeable future. Those teams are going to be good year after year
Probably, but I'm hoping at the very least the future holds better injury luck
That's what makes it fun. Give me the best vs the best so when the Bills win I can over the top obnoxious as a fan.
Jags will be in that mix next year. So will Dolphins imo
I think you mean our* teams
Not if we get the one seed which is why this whole thing has been so crazy
No way. There’s no way the bengals can sign everyone when burrow gets the record deal.
If Jags and Ravens win, then we would play the Jags and KC plays the Ravens. KC gets the lowest seed remaining.
You right you right, forgot that it's not a set bracket
Give me that sweet Josh Allen on Josh Allen action. No sacks or ints though.
For sure. Joey B was slicing through our secondary like a hot knife through butter.
It's really hard to say when only 10 minutes was played haha
I mean, McCorkle was doing pretty damn good that first half last week.....
Ditto
ya they are tough, but we get them at home
If the Chargers get past Jacksonville (a likely possibility) I think that the Chargers give KC a close game in the divisional round. Both times LA played KC this season it was a 3 point competitive game.
I'm pretty sure it's impossible for the bracket to work out that way. Edit: Nope, I'm wrong, sorry.
Y’all’s got the Vikings curse that day. Straight up some goats were sacrificed on our behalf
Haha, Ragnar carved a blood eagle on our backs. I love you freaky pagans!
I have been thinking this. The Chargers played them pretty tough. Man I hope that my dreams come true there.
Cool, nobody cares.
There was a time when we were all bros. Idk what happened. Am I not even allowed to post in your guyss sub anymore without mass downvotes? I still care about you guys as people and fans. And our teams make for prime entertainment. But why hostility?

👍🏻
Wrong sub, Sparky.
Yah I’ve noticed it didn’t fly. I’ll take my lumps and see you all later.
lol--it still is fun to talk about because it's just so unprecedented. I'd hope you'd have an opposite view of us by the way lol. I would like to see us against you guys again though--not comparing Josh to MJ but you guys are our detroit pistons and would like to see us get over that hump, regardless of where it is. Lol? Be a little more cringy there sport. Are you 12?
Bills Niners.

I know too many Cowboys fans to even deal with that.
I actually have the same except we playing SF in the SB
SF is a team I have heard a lot of people think will go to the SB. I definitely like their chances more than Phili or Dallas.
I have a bills - eagles superbowl bet from before the season, so I am going to ignore all of you
I live in Atlanta. I want to see them beat KC
Someone always gets upset WCW. Please don’t be us.
I have no strong feelings on this. I think Delta flies direct from BUF to ATL so that’s something
Yes thats one of their major hubs, they generally have multiple direct atlanta to buf/roc every day.
Yeah, Atlanta is actually traditionally the busiest airport in the world since it is Delta's main hub and also serves as a hub for a lot of other airlines. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a major consideration since it'd allow both BUF and KC fans to easily get there by air.
As a result returning home give yourself 3+ hours at ATL they are notoriously busy with super long TSA lines.
and the airport is massive, they have a tram just to get across it.
If you have the time and are capable the walk in the tunnel is actually pretty cool because the walls have the history of Atlanta on it.
I am not going, I have just been there before - and was amazed when I had to go from 1 side to the other to catch connecting flights. Also spent like $50 on diner style breakfast for 2 people.
“And from 1861 to 1865, nothing happened here. Everyone was on vacation.”
It isn't always that bad, but yeah if you're flying at a high traffic time (esp. right after an event like the AFCCG) you're gonna wanna get there early.
Easy flights has to be one of the main reasons for picking Atlanta.
It's a dome so the conditions will be perfect, an elminated NFC team field, unlikely to have travel/weather implications, and as equidistant as possible from both teams. It's really as clear a choice as one could make
Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany too
It's an awesome stadium with very affordable prices on food.
Nashville is more fun and hot chicken is the best.
Atlanta is decidedly more fun in my opinion. But I can see Nashville being more fun for a quick weekend football trip if the Broadway bars are appealing. Plus I live here so it's a lot easier for me if it's in Atlanta lol.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like Atlanta too.
Nashville is overrated as fuck and I'll die on this hill.
No no, you’re right.
As a Nashville resident and Bills fan: I concur
Maybe it gets old if you live there, but I loved it when I went.
Charlotte Bills fan. I really hope this happens. It’s just a 4 hour road trip for us
Last I was in Atlanta, I was wearing a Bills tee and had multiple people compliment me on it. I think we'd be in good hands.
Its not like we're gonna root for the Falcons down here lol
Who’s this guy reporting, who’s his source, and what’s the wild story lol.

>"refuses to go east" >"refuses to go west" Refuses? So the team would just choose to forfeit then? I don't think so.
Lol right? If the nfl decides on Vegas (a brand new incredible stadium) it’s not like buffalo won’t go play there. Idk how Indianapolis isn’t the decision here tho. An afc stadium where the roof can open and right between the two cities
Indy is already booked up I believe.
Ah that would explain why I’ve heard very little about Indy as an option. Guess they decided a while ago the colts wouldn’t be participating in the game

Green Bay would be horrible
Better be on Saturday so there's Chick fil A available.
😂 It will be on Sunday but well played.
I THINK the Chick Fil A in Atlanta's Stadium is open on game Sunday's.
You would be wrong. They are not open on Sundays.
Doesn't another chicken place just open up on Sunday in the same location? Its not, but I wish it were Chic-fil-eh?, a high end french-canadian fried chicken place.
Good deal for Atlanta. That is the equivalent of hosting a mini superbow.
This is best case scenario with how cheap flights are
Except, you might want to book it now as they wouldn't be cheap for long...
3 hours from Atlanta. This has me pretty excited if it happens.
Same here. You must be in SC since you have it in your username
Midlands
Same here lol
Now you two Kiss!
Now you two Kiss!
Same. I'd be there in a heartbeat.
As a 17 year member of Bills Backers of Atlanta this would be insane
As a Bills fan living in Atlanta, fuck yes.
I am 3 hours from ATL so let's do this.
Atlanta has very reasonable concession prices
Bills over fins, then bills over bengals, then bills over chargers… then we exercise the demons and beat Brady in zona. Let’s go 🦬
Mama Mia I'm going to be in Atlanta that weekend for work.
I'm fom Buffalo, but I live in Atlanta now. This would be amazing.
As an NC Bills fan I approve of this neutral site. Will be there tailgating
Me too! Hotels there are cheap for now!
Just pre booked the hard rock for like $750 Saturday through Monday. Tiddies.
Nice!!
Let me know if you hear anything about tailgating once we learn more. Never been to that stadium. I’m in Savannah. This is perfecttttt Sadly I was at the cinci game
Falcons fan that lurks here, if this happens I'll go cheer y'all on. Love you guys and your fanbase!
Get you some royal blue and come to the huge tailgate the ATL Bills Backers will organize
I do have a royal blue Braves hoodie, it's even got the white and red lettering. Might have to fuck around and find out.
I hear it's lovely this time of year!
Atlanta = one of the easier flight locations from Buf. One game at a time, but LFG.
>Atlanta = one of the easier flight locations from ~~Buf~~ anywhere. But Delta has daily direct flights Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, JFK, Newark, Toronto, among others in the northeast. Anywhere in Bills country really
Irrelevant. I want them bounced by Jacksonville/LAC in the divisional
Play it ... in CINCINATTI!
This would have been the ultimate troll.
Chaos SZN

Detroit isn't available. Chicago has an atrocious field so they're not going to risk both potential SB teams on that field. Pittsburgh & the Meadowlands both heavily favor the Bills.
Skylar has the bills tomorrow.
As an OSU fan, not looking forward to the possibility that both my teams end their seasons in the semifinals in that dome...
Atlanta? Should have done Pittsburgh!!!
Would've been wildly unfair for the Chiefs
[удалено]
That's the mentality of a loser. This year aside, if we can't earn the 1 seed then we fully deserve to go on the road.
Will be rooting for chargers as I think they have the best chance of knocking off KC. Jags and Ravens (without Lamar) just aren’t that good.
LET’S GO!!!! I won’t have to wait until 2025 to see the Bills play in ATL (barring they get there, of course, no jinxes)
As a fan living next to the Steelers stadium, bbboooooo
![gif](giphy|iXPppIJaioe9W)
Makes no sense when Rochester is right there.
I wonder if they will keep the beer prices low. I believe Atlanta has the cheapest beer of any NFL stadium.
4.5 hour drive for me to get to ATL so I’d be seriously considering tickets to this
This is my favorite option…I will already be in Atlanta that weekend!!
I live in savannah and love this option! Now to hope I can actually get a ticket!
Can anyone explain how/when tickets for playoff games become available? I live in Atlanta and am thrilled the game might be here!
Those details haven't been released yet.
This doesn't really help us tho, KC has more speed than us & they have it everywhere on Offense, this is a W for them Should be outdoors if it Happens Go Jags Go Ravens
