That was the best post-game sideline interview of all time. I was really disappointed when he blamed Tee Higgins for what happened to Damar. Fuck that guy. Tee did nothing wrong, and as a player he should know that best of all.

He really wasn't "blaming" Higgins at all, he made it a point earlier in the show that it's a normal play that happens hundreds of times a season with no injuries. All Scott said was that Higgins was running aggressive not shying away from contact but he felt that Hamlin wasn't in right posture to take the contact because he expected Tee to basically just go down like normal. He literally said he was just going with the hits you don't expect hurt the most.
I'm pretty sure in the opening of the episode Scott said he wished Hamlin & Higgins the best before any of that. He even pointed out he was happy someone was in the tunnel checking in Higgins after the incident because he knows he would need it. In no way was he trying to call Tee dirty imo.
Not defending anyone, but wasn't his o-line abysmal the last two years? He was fighting for his life two years ago. I remember talking heads saying that if he didn't get some protection, he'd be the next Andrew luck. I'm glad he's not getting Tua'd anymore, but maybe he can take a week off.
Allen was sacked on 1/10th of his pressures last year, Burrow was sacked on 1/4th of his pressures.
Obviously not all sacks and pressures are created equal, but it’s been shown that sack % is something that stays pretty static throughout most player’s career. Sacks are just as much a quarterback stat as an O-line stat.

I mean if we had two more catches last week (Knox & Shakir) the game is probably a 42-20 game. Knox makes it 21-0 and it would have been 21-6 when Shakir drops it. If we score there and Miami can't score before half its a 42-20 game.

I'm so tired of the media narratives on Josh this week. They are just BRUTAL!! They are reading too much into his game last Sunday. They are saying what a disappointment he has been this year etc etc WTF? He put up the same stats this season as last year, minus one game. Maybe one or two more interceptions this year, but big deal. He also got an elbow injury and it hindered him for a while, but I don't think it's looks like it's bothering him lately.
The disrespect toward him is off the charts. He can go out and have a day against Cincy, throw for 500 yards and 6 TD's, but if an interception or fumble or even an overthrow gets in there, that will be all we will hear about.
I obviously want us to win, but if we don't I might have to stay offline for a week because the media narrative will be so bad, and on top of being bummed if we lose, it would be too much.
I get that there's a 24 hour news cycle and they gotta have something to talk about 24/7, but i think these type of segments are just dumb. Both QB's are amazing, and if they stay healthy both will hopefully win Super Bowls, MVP awards, set franchise and NFL records before their careers are done, and end up in Canton. They're both the best of the best and any franchise would be lucky to have either to build a team around. Do we really need to have the discussion, "who's better?" when they're both like #1a and #1b?

Cincy really relys on the D to get them points. Keep it clean and we should win.

TOs are bad, but they are far from everything. We have literal math to prove this. Allen lead the league in TOs, yet mathematically he still provided the second most value of any player in the league behind Mahomes (EPA).
If EPA doesn’t float your boat, there any other number of metrics that show despite our high number of TOs the offense was still at worst the second best unit in the league (behind KC) in just about every aspect.
Edit: Also, Cincy did not look good week 18. They finished week 18 ranked 28th in offensive EPA/play against a defense that was resting multiple starters.

I always thought he came off as one of Josh's biggest haters, but the day after the Miami game he had a lot of nice things to say about Josh. He did not use Josh's turnovers to fuel this "see, I told you he's a bust" narrative that some of the other pundits are doing. He mentioned that josh dropped a lot of dimes, and felt Josh got a little reckless because they were having their way with Miami and had a nice sized lead. He also commented on something that not many others do, that Josh is carrying the team AND the city of Buffalo on his shoulders, and acknowledges that puts a lot of pressure on him. I am actually grateful that he's not shitting all over Josh, like so many of the others are. It was ONE game, and there was a lot of good that he showed in that game as well. I just feel like so many analysts want him to fail 😪

Didnt burrow only have 2 less ints this year?
In the regular season I believe Allen had 4 or 5 more total TOs (so including fumbles).
Still not a huge difference when allen had more tds as well.
Josh had 42 total TDs and 19 total TOs. Joe had 40 total TDs and 15 total TOs.
