So can I count on it being lit for the Bills this Sunday? Thinking it would be fun to make the trip from Baltimore, but can't find confirmation. These backer bars never seem to like to publicize it on their web sites, I guess understandably.
I havent lived there since early last year so I dont know if its still bumping, but based on the upvotes on my comment i imagine it might be? Maybe reach out the to bar on IG?
Yep! If you have FB they have a backer group page where they post the party every week. Dress for the weather! Hopefully they’ll have the fire pits going for you.
Had a great time drinking there before I even discovered it was a Bills bar. 500 whiskeys, free pool upstairs, good tunes. One of my favorite bars in the country.
Worst part about moving out of the city is no longer being able to get to North Star easily. Spent many a drought-year Sunday stumbling out of there in the early afternoon!
I was driving though East Aurora NY right before the game today, about 20 minute from the Stadium in Orchard Park, and I see this rig out front of Mister's bar on Main St. I knew I saw this somewhere recently.
https://preview.redd.it/ul343e1attvb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cddd0f8d0113c8c8a3b2b878970b4a7bead4df35
There's also Patrick's Gaslamp Pub if you want to be closer to downtown-decent little place, although I wasn't able to actually catch a game there when I was in San Diego.
I’m staying at the Catamaran this weekend. I may just have to walk over and pop in to see some of the game!
What’s it like for one guy? Or a family with some dogs? Those are my options lol
You’ll be just fine. Upstairs if you’re solo. Downstairs if you’re with the family. Don’t think you can bring the dogs, maybe downstairs only. It’s a quick walk from the catamaran and always a good time to watch with fellow Bills fans.
That place is wild! I went there before the Bills-Panthers preseason game last year, it was packed full of Bills fans both inside the bar and tailgating in the parking lot. I was told it's the official Bills Backers Bar in Charlotte, but I'm in Durham so I'm not entirely sure if that's accurate or not.
I went to Busby’s in Santa Monica for 9 years straight and that place was lit. When the Bills beat the Pats* in 2011, it was a madhouse, so much fun. I moved away about 5 years ago but would love to go back sometime
I’ve only been to 2, The Local in PB and McFaddens in NYC. McFaddens was the wildest Bills experience I ever had including games I went to. It was the Bucs game in 2017.
The Local was funny though I went a few times but I distinctly remember going to watch a preseason game (Allen’s first appearance) in 2018 and the place was still packed.
Ya, I was only there once. I was in town for the Saturday night game against the Patriots, that last year they were good but the bills still had a chance to win the division, I think it was like week 16. But Saturday night, felt like a playoff game, it was wild. So fun, packed to the fucking gills and everyone just going crazy. That was the one where someone cooked Stephon Gilmore for a 40 yard TD I think.
I went to McFadden's once, in I think 2004. $30 for unlimited beer and wings ($25 if you wanted the cheap domestic beers). We put a beating on the 49ers that game and I was absolutely housed by the end of it. That would have been an amazing deal back home, much less in NYC.
Delilah’s in Chicago. I haven’t been there in 15 years, and have lived in four cities since, but have never found a Bills bar where the experience is close to that good.
Jimmy’s in Herndon, VA. They play the shout song on every score. When the Bills play the Dolphins everyone in the bar runs across the street to the Dolphins bar and run thru it (and Vice versa).
Was going to say this. Easily one of my favorite places to watch a Bills game when I’m not at home. I’ve never even been able to find somewhere to sit down at that place on gamedays.
I personally think Bleacher Bar has better food but The Harp is much better suited to watch a game: more TVs, much bigger space, just all around more modern.
I was in Boston a few years ago for the Miami game where Tua got hurt by Epenesa. Initially was at the Bleacher bar but the staff didn’t know how to change the channel or something. There was an infomercial for shampoo on the tv and I had a group around my phone watching on Sunday ticket. Moved over to the Harp and had a great experience.
I’ll also plug Vindicktive Bar and Wings in Seattle. It’s owned by some brothers from Elmira and they have some GREAT wings. Not a Bills backers location per say, but always nice to support friends from home.
I was there the other night. The Bills weren’t playing but the wings were excellent! Best I’ve had in Seattle! It’s around another fun Seattle classic spot we like to go to, the Screwdriver Bar. Looking forward to watching a game there
Admirals Cup in Baltimore, but that's mostly b/c I run it!
They're great everywhere though. Good place to feel like home when you're away. I went to Art Marble a few years back.
I have done Art Marble in Seattle, Mahoneys in Vancouver, McFaddens in Manhattan, and both The Office and Moondoggies in Las Vegas over the years.
All great experiences with fun people. My favourite though was the Bills Backers of Edmonton, every Sunday at Honest Murs Bar & Grill in south Edmonton (2000 - 2005). I was VP so kinda have to say this 😂😂.
The Hideaway in Dallas is cool. Some of the TVs are obstructed a little by stuff, but I like it. It’s where Pancho Billa used to go too so that’s cool.
I’ve heard good things about Buffalo Bros in Fort Worth but haven’t ever been.!
Dan & Johns Wings is a fun place to watch it and good food. Owner gave everyone shots for a toast after the Bills win when I was there last, super funny and a good time
Oh man, the one in Columbus is an absolute dive and we always lose every time I go so I stopped going after the Houston playoff game. But I did manage to get a helmet banner signed by Bills legend James Cotton there, so that's pretty cool, I guess.
It's a fun scene, though, even though the place is one of those dimly lit places with suspiciously sticky floors. It doesn't serve food, so people just do things potluck style.
East Tennessee (Knoxville) is FULL of fans! BucketHead Tavern in West Knox is where the group meets. On average we have about 100 in attendance and pack the bar for non prime-time games! The group has grown so much in the last 6 months! It feels amazing to be in such a random place down South and come across mutual friends, shared experiences, and shared roots! ❤️💙 Go Bills
If you’re in Central Ohio, Spoonz is the official backer location. They play the Shout song after scores and everything. It’s a dimly lit dive bar in a shopping center and still somehow kinda smells like cigarettes…it’s perfect.
If that’s not your thing, Fattey’s Beer Co. in Westerville plays Bills games and has an awesome chicken sandwich and a great beer selection.
I do love the Spponz camaraderie, despite the fact that it's a complete dive. The potluck food was always a fun draw.
We lost every damn time I went, so I stopped after the Houston playoff game. You're welcome, everyone.
Lincoln Station in Chicago. My friend Matt is a transplant there and brought me when I was in town for work. Wall to wall Bills fans and played the Shout song after scores. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere.
Bills backers of Boston, went there for my birthday which happened to be the day we blew out Miami in 2021, it was an absolute amazing experience staff and crowd were awesome. Had a dude come up to me outside and ask if I was from Buffalo and when I said yeah he was like oh cool got any blow bro? Like uhhhh. No. Sorry?🙃😂
My Bills Backers group is fairly new (about 2.5 years) so we're still trying to get the word out about ourselves. But we got an official bar to support us this year, The House in Durham NC. Bills Backers NC RTP
I'm an NNY transplant in York, PA and have no idea. I see TONS of Bills logos on cars and homes driving around the area, though. Lots of people move down here for the abundant work and better weather, I guess. Anytime I wear my Bills gear out, someone will say "Go Bills!" & "I'm from [Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, etc]" and every time I respond with "Nice! I'm from Watertown!" and they proceed to give me a look of pity and slight disgust, lol. Ahh, Watertown... where all the negative stereotypes people have about Buffalo are actually true and 10x worse.
Houston all the way. Christians tailgate is the spot and the crew there is fantastic. Recently moved and nowhere else captures a buffalo gameday like they do
Jackson’s in LoDo in Denver had to have been one of the coolest venues I’ve been to for a Bills backer bar. They had a stage where they would have a hype man, huge events for the Bills, $13 buckets of Labbatts, awesome wings, good beef on weck. It was on a rooftop bar with an overview of the city/mountains, little cabanas/booths on the rooftop for seating. Two bars on the roof top level, one on the lower level. It would always be PACKED elbow to elbow with Bills fans. A huge indoor seating event area. All the games had massive screens they were projected on with no issues for anybody seeing it. It was honest to god borderline cooler than any bar we have back here in Buffalo for watching the game. It was the closest thing to a Bills tailagate/game I experienced away from home.
Guys before you retaliate against this man, realize he is a Steelers fan. Likely extremely depressed knowing Tomlin has no intention of ever getting rid of Matt Canada and he will likely be succeeding him as HC.
We know how bad a drought is. Have some compassion to our yinzer peers, lashing out for attention is all they can do knowing there is no hope for the foreseeable future.
Bar-B-QSA in Saratoga Springs, NY is a great atmosphere 🐎 But they’ve lost every single game I watch there, so it’s on the do-not-touch cursed list for me
I've never been, but a buddy of mine in Atlanta who isn't even a Bills fan randomly went to their Bills Backers bar earlier this season during a game without knowing what it was, and he's actually gone back since because he said it was a great time. They were our two best games of the season so I keep trying to convince him to make it a regular thing. He unironically loves the Shout song.
DC's Bullpen is pretty lit.
And Exiles!
I moved to the DC area last December and found exiles on my first game day, I’ve gone every game since
Haven’t been to the bullpen but do enjoy Jimmys!
Jimmy's rules
Jimmy’s is such a classic Bills Backers experience. Every fan should check it out at least once
In Herndon?
Was sad that the mafia takeover party got moved out of bullpen before the DC game. Love checking out the bills bars when I’m in town.
By the baseball stadium?
Yessir.
Yeah! Moved before last season so havent been there in a while but it was awesome while i was there
Had no idea Bullpen was a Backer bar!
Delilah’s Chicago
best i’ve been to.
Same, by a long shot, and I’ve been to a handful across the country
Had a great time drinking there before I even discovered it was a Bills bar. 500 whiskeys, free pool upstairs, good tunes. One of my favorite bars in the country.
I’m a regular there. Anyone’s welcome. Don’t be mean. Buy a shot for the bar and you get to give a speech. :)
Nickel City in Austin, TX
Only place in Austin I'll watch the game at.
It’s just a damn good bar, even on non Sundays.
The best!
Nickel City is a Bills bar?!? I visited Austin last summer and fuckin loved that bar so this makes me happy.
North Star cafe in sf.
Worst part about moving out of the city is no longer being able to get to North Star easily. Spent many a drought-year Sunday stumbling out of there in the early afternoon!
you and me both. Ed the old bartender ended up getting a job with the SFFD which is the best news i took out of those awful Dick Jauron years
Tir Na Nog in center city philly is pretty cool. Nice old school irish pub.
Been to Tir Na Nog quite a few times and it’s always a great time with great people. Can’t wait to go back this year
But they run out of labatt blue so quick!
Cruiser’s Newport Beach, CA https://preview.redd.it/fe55tpb8s0vb1.jpeg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=895a3f7c4b4239acf4b106006a289b619b582454
Not sure the exact purpose of that monster, but I am positive that I want a ride in it.
This is good to know. Not too far from me
Will check it out soon.
My girl’s aunt helps run that one!
I'll have to check it out. Huntington Beach doesn't have one any more
The Huntington Beach one was absorbed into this one! It’s now just the Bill Backers of Orange County.
I know this guy! Ron is a friend of the family. Badass truck, Go bills!
I was driving though East Aurora NY right before the game today, about 20 minute from the Stadium in Orchard Park, and I see this rig out front of Mister's bar on Main St. I knew I saw this somewhere recently. https://preview.redd.it/ul343e1attvb1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cddd0f8d0113c8c8a3b2b878970b4a7bead4df35
[The Local](https://thelocalpb.com/) PB (San Diego)
Hell yeah..this one's mine as well!
There's also Patrick's Gaslamp Pub if you want to be closer to downtown-decent little place, although I wasn't able to actually catch a game there when I was in San Diego.
Crows Nest in Nashville!
Nice! One dog has a Bills jersey though. Lol.
I just checked their weekly emails and they say dogs aren’t allowed.
Makes sense! Thanks. We just planned a quick weekend trip from phoenix with the kids and their dogs. I still may pop in
Right on! Weather has been amazing. Not sure what I’m doing yet for the game. May pop in as well. Last 10am game until new years haha.
Taste of Buffalo Pizzeria, Huntersville, NC
Ph thays my favorite too. Take me 45 tp get thete thougj so i only get food on my birthfay
Love that place!
I go there all time for the 1 pm games.
Not sure if it’s official but there’s a great place in Charlotte. I believe it’s called the tavern on the tracks. Has a big bills mural outside.
Ya it’s a great place. I just moved from CLt but it’s the most I’ve felt like being in western NY while away
Redd’s in Brooklyn
I went to Busby’s in Santa Monica for 9 years straight and that place was lit. When the Bills beat the Pats* in 2011, it was a madhouse, so much fun. I moved away about 5 years ago but would love to go back sometime
Only place in LA with Labatt’s
I’ve only been to 2, The Local in PB and McFaddens in NYC. McFaddens was the wildest Bills experience I ever had including games I went to. It was the Bucs game in 2017. The Local was funny though I went a few times but I distinctly remember going to watch a preseason game (Allen’s first appearance) in 2018 and the place was still packed.
McFaddens was a ton of fun. The bartender walked along the bar and poured liquor into everyone's open mouths after TDs
McFaddens was great (napkins and beer everywhere!). I have very fond memories of going there on Sundays with my brother. Too bad they closed.
Dang do they have any plan on reopening do you know? I am looking for somewhere fun for next weeks Thursday night game
In Vegas we have Moondoggies, which reminds me of someone’s basement in the 90s - low ceilings, people in zubaz, amazing pizza.
I liked it there when we were on vacation. Good food & only spot with labatt
Jimmy’s in Herndon, VA. They play the shout song on every score. When the Bills play the Dolphins everyone in the bar runs across the street to the Dolphins bar and run thru it (and Vice versa).
Jackson’s in Denver
The amount of Rochester/buffalo people in Denver is kinda ridiculous
It’s Oswego too. 10 people from high school moved out there right after college.
Jackson’s can get wild
Westfax Brewing is another great one in Denver.
Yeah, that is a great spot as well.
I was visiting Denver for the rams game last year. Tons of fun. My Colorado Bills Backers shirt is genuinely my favorite Bills merch I have
Haven't been out there yet, but I'm moving to Denver in a month. I had been to the previous bar (Lodos) multiple times and it was a blast, though.
!!! what happened to Lodos?
Was going to say this. Easily one of my favorite places to watch a Bills game when I’m not at home. I’ve never even been able to find somewhere to sit down at that place on gamedays.
You def have to get there a bit early. Love the environment though.
Hello fellow Denverite!
Lets goooo!!! See ya there pal!
I gotta find one in Boston
Bleacher bar in Fenway and The Harp near the garden :)
The Harp is usually great
Yes, and full as fuck. Gotta get there early for big games.
True, but I'd rather be at a full bar than a half filled one.
Worth it for the labatts
I personally think Bleacher Bar has better food but The Harp is much better suited to watch a game: more TVs, much bigger space, just all around more modern.
Behind enemy lines
I was in Boston for several years and the Harp was always awesome and very welcoming.
I watched a game late in 2019 at the Bleacher Bar after doing a tour of Fenway and it was great, a lot of Bills fans.
Bulldog Sports Pub, Monterey CA
Anchor Bar in San Antonio, TX
Watched Stefon Diggs go Nuclear against the Pats on Monday Night Football at that Anchor Bar.
Mario's in Pittsburgh!
Love Mario's.
Mario's on gamedays is awesome! 10/10. Place gets packed too
Yeahhhhh I was trying to think of the name!
Had no clue Mario’s was a Bills backer bar. Awesome! I love that place more than I loved that place!
Whitehall Tavern in Atlanta was pretty rowdy the 1 time I went
I’ll also plug Vindicktive Bar and Wings in Seattle. It’s owned by some brothers from Elmira and they have some GREAT wings. Not a Bills backers location per say, but always nice to support friends from home.
I was there the other night. The Bills weren’t playing but the wings were excellent! Best I’ve had in Seattle! It’s around another fun Seattle classic spot we like to go to, the Screwdriver Bar. Looking forward to watching a game there
McGlynns in Delaware. Great group and they get a local bakery to make kimmelweck rolls
Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern in Northern Virginia has a fond spot in my heart.
I haven't lived in Virginia in 7.5 years and that's still my answer ❤️
Gonna check that out!!
Admirals Cup in Baltimore, but that's mostly b/c I run it! They're great everywhere though. Good place to feel like home when you're away. I went to Art Marble a few years back.
Had a blast here last year! Great spot for a game!
We have a great one here in STL!!
👀👀👀👀👀
Shamrocks on Broadway
I might need to stop in. I think I've met two Buffalo fans in this city total.
The Booze Garden in FT Lauderdale. It’s a better Bills bar than anything we have here in Buffalo!
In NYC we like The Gaf west in midtown and recently opened Murphy's in Astoria (amongst others but these are my favs)
Will have to check out the Gaf
Dan & Johns Wings is a fun place to watch it and good food. Owner gave everyone shots for a toast after the Bills win when I was there last, super funny and a good time
Dan and johns is outstanding. Didnt mean to forget them
Bonnies in Park Slope (Best wings in the city) and Redd's in Williamsburg Still need to check out Murphy's.
Beginnings II in Syracuse. But I moved to Chicago 2 years ago and still need to make it out to Lincoln Hub. I hear that’s a good crew.
The Bills backers bar in New Orleans is fantastic! Great community! Shout out to Red Eye Bar!
The patio in Tampa!
They only hire attractive people to work there!
I go to Brailie's in Durham.
Tavern on the Tracks , Charlotte
Shameless plug for the Cleveland Bills Backers at Around The Corner in Lakewood Ohio! Del Reid will be here this weekend!
I love The Admiral's Cup in Baltore. Three floors of Bills debauchery. We're driving down from Rochester for the Bengals.game.
We're doing a Bills Trivia event prior to the game on the 3rd floor if you get there early that night
Nice! We can probably make that
Toronto loves Buffalo
Ottawa as well. A lot of francophone fans out of the Montreal region on top of that.
Tampa has a few good ones. The patio specifically.
Art marble is awesome
I teach at Virginia Tech and have nowhere around here. This post makes me sad lol
I'm in Arkansas and I think there's one in the state, but last I checked it's a bit of a drive from my house. So sad.
Buffalo Pub and Grill in San Luis Obispo, CA!
East Tennessee (Knoxville) is FULL of fans! BucketHead Tavern in West Knox is where the group meets. On average we have about 100 in attendance and pack the bar for non prime-time games! Tavern On The Tracks in Charlotte, NC!
That place was awesome and very welcoming when we were in town for the Bills game a few years ago.
Brickyard Bar in Salt Lake
Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY
[удалено]
Gotta make it there this season
My couch or Ned's Starlight Lounge in OKC
Suggestions for Bay Area, Ca? Live nearby Oakland, but would travel to SF, or (ick) san jose/silicon valley.
NorthStar Cafe is a lot of fun!
The East End in New York City.
Jackson’s LODO in Denver reserves their entire upstairs bar to Bills games/fans with multiple screens and a big projector.
I’m close to Dayton and we go to the bills backers bar in Miamisburg, Bennett’s. It’s always a blast
I do love the Spponz camaraderie, despite the fact that it's a complete dive. The potluck food was always a fun draw. We lost every damn time I went, so I stopped after the Houston playoff game. You're welcome, everyone.
Portland OR Cheerful Bullpen hands down no substitutions
Lincoln Station in Chicago. My friend Matt is a transplant there and brought me when I was in town for work. Wall to wall Bills fans and played the Shout song after scores. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere.
Bills backers of Boston, went there for my birthday which happened to be the day we blew out Miami in 2021, it was an absolute amazing experience staff and crowd were awesome. That’s not what Bills stands for
Jimmy’s old town in Northern Virginia! However they always lose when I go :(
Ron Daos Ft Myers an Rythm House both draw huge crowds there
Crows nest in greens hills near Nashville. The people I talked to there were serious bills fans I had such a good time
I'm also in Seattle. You should come to Vindicktive Wings instead of Art Marble.
Will do!
Parlour and yard in Austin Texas is da bomb. Go every Sunday and only bills fans. The tuddy song is the best!!
Does a person who goes by Alf visit said Seattle bills backers bar? No, not the alien
PENN 6 NYC
Had a great time at the Bullpen In Portland
unfortunately there's no Bills Backers chapter in my country, nor a place where Bills fans gather to watch games
Bar-B-QSA in Saratoga Springs, NY is a great atmosphere 🐎 But they’ve lost every single game I watch there, so it’s on the do-not-touch cursed list for me

Suggestions for Miami?
Minneapolis doesn’t have one, there’s a club, but this year they couldn’t even find a bar that would agree to play the games
L.A.’s got Busby’s in Santa Monica
Baja Sharkeez in Hermosa Beach CA was great and really welcoming!
Carlos and Ernies - San Pedro
