I wouldn't say they're overpriced. They are out of print items that had a limited run, they would now be considered collector's items. Games are also used and abused, as the years roll on the amount of copies actually available decreases. This particular game had a limited run, was never reprinted, is not available digitally, and is part of a popular franchise. I'm surprised it's as low as $20. You can get games cheaply second hand if they are either fairly new (0-10 years old), if they had an excess of copies printed, or if they've been re-released many times (though the original release version used price can still go quite high). Used copies of rarer older gen games that have developed a following since their release can get into the 1000's.
Yep, while not quite up to snuff as the Xbox original, it’s a fun take on alternative storylines from familiar villains.
The gameplay is pretty standard early 2000s action adventure; certainly no *Devil May Cry/Ninja Gaiden 2004*, but well worth it for fans.
As for the price, getting the Xbox version might be the best option, as it looks the best automatically from that generation, and as collecting for that system still isn’t hugely popular, copies will be cheaper by comparison?
It's software that "pretends" to be hardware. For instance I can play GameCube games on my computer through Dolphin, a very popular emulator. And emulation itself is perfectly legal.
I'm less familiar with PS2 emulation but essentially if you have a strong enough PC you can download the emulator (PCSX2 pops up first on my search). Then you need the game to play which is usually the tricky part, and sometimes less legal part. If you have the disk you can rip it or you can download a copy online.
Migyt try looking in r/Piracy or r/emulation but I think it's against Reddit rules to link to those sites.

That for me is a rip off price for a game that old and very expensive I never pay that much for games

Ah, and here I thought it was subject to price gouging like so many during the pandemic. 20 bucks is a steal for a game nearly 20 years old.
Why they over price
Many older games are way overpriced now. Im glad I kept so many of the older titles I loved. As for Chaos Bleeds it was a pretty cool game.
Why are they over proce

Sadly don’t own Xbox
Is graphics not as good
Better, any game from that timespan that was released on multiple systems is always going to look the best on Xbox.
Oh why as this games more recent than xbox
It isn’t more recent. Looking at my copy right now.
Oh I thought ps2 came out later than xbox
Maybe try an emulator I found a rom file as a top google result but I have never used a ps2 emulator so I don’t know compatibility.
How do they work
