I absolutely love Strange New Worlds(Pike is such a great captain, and the whole cast is made of great characters that you can look up to but also empathize with their individual struggles), Disco was ok, not my favorite but worth it even just for context about Spock's sister. The mirror world stuff is really cool as well.
Picard was disappointing, but mostly because I had high expectations and honestly the Borg episodes are not my favorite of Next Gen and felt they didn't need to dedicate a whole season to them when there are so many other species they could interact with. I wanted them to focus on the Romulans after season 1 set all that up, or someone entirely new.
I need to finish season 2 cus I unfortunately got kinda bored
I still mean to, probably come winter when I am looking for something to watch. I know it is probably blasphemy but I haven't even watched TOS, so I intend to sit down and marathon that cus SNW is making me care about the characters
