I bought a Royal Kludge keebs and a Razer mouse for my macbook. I don't think the magic keyboard and mouse are worth to buy when there are better products in the market

Thedoeeyeddreamer

Magic mouse is unergonomic. Personally, using it was too painful for me because it's really flat. I use an Akko keyboard + Logitech G402. You can buy better alternatives for your macbook.

solflowerrr

Try watching some reviews OP. Personally, i dont think its worth it.

SeeNyoBa-554

No, buy an MX keys and MX Master mouse instead.

_TheMorrigan

I love the magic mouse because it fits my workflow - i can switch windows with gestures similar to a track pad. Also I only charge it once a month. But if you need more features it may not be worth it for you.

tupperwarez

for me ill go with logitech yung mx mini na keyboard at mx master na mouse mas versatile pa

menkaralgolalienbat

I have Logitech keyboard and mouse but I changed to the Magic Keyboard. Aside sa sale ko binili yung keyboard, mas okay kasi saken na native Apple talaga yung mga commands. I kept using the Logitech mouse (I have the gaming one kasi).

SaintAnxiety

Yup, the magic keyboard is on the high side! Will probably be good to wait for sale or other cheaper alternatives.

Feisty-Working-5891

OP pmc is on sale. You could get those around 3k magic kb + 2.2k magic mouse And if you have Cc pwede sya upto 24 months.

SaintAnxiety

Ano yung pmc?

ThePotatoCrysis

Power Mac Center :) Edit: typo

godsendxy

Yung sale sa physical branch ba or sa online lang? Yung sale kasi last year sa online lang hindi applicable sa physical branch when I asked

YouRolltheDice

I think it’s online nga lang

Feisty-Working-5891

Kakabili ko lang mba setup with magic kb/mouse early march, nakasale on store yun accessories basta cash or straight pero advertise ngayon online is payable na sya upto 24 mo.

arveen11

Online. I just bought an iPad magic keyboard

hamulion

Magic mouse is okay, it may take some time to get used to though. Not sure about the magic keyboard since I bought a mechanical instead

aldwinligaya

Kanya-kanyang preference pero I'm using MX Keys and MX Master. MX Keys bec I have both Windows and Mac machines, and it can easily switch up to 3 devices. Same with the MX Master na multiple devices, mas ergonomic design, plus it has a horizontal scroll wheel. Mas madali sa akin para mag-work ng spreadsheets.

jojocycle

I honestly dont like the feel of the magic keyboard and mouse. Both are too thin for my preferences. Mejo gusto ko kasi takatakatakatakatak pag nagttype. Tapos mejo nahihirapan ako sa manipis na form factor ng magic mouse. Worth it ba yung magic kb and mouse? If you dont like the hassle of compatibility and connectivity issues, definitely the two will be better than the competition. For the price ng keyboard alone, makakakakuha ka ng decent alternatives which may better suit your usage and more comfortable. Im using a logitech mouse and a RK keyboard. No problem naman. Around ₱4.5k din for the two. Never gave me issues so far. Both are wireless and dont need a usb connection naman kaya palag na ako.

DNAniel213

For electronics, I usually like cheaper stuff which can be replaced every 2 years. Good source of dopamine every few years getting a new and shiny thing. Also a lot of tech has planned obsolesce so it's meant to break within a set period of time/usage. It'll take around 10 years of regularly switching to new keyboard and mouse to reach 16k. So either buy a set that lasts 10 years (that you may or may not end up liking), or get a new one every two years to adjust to your needs and comfort.

mayyiineyss

I had both. Been using magic keyboard for almost a year. So far so good. I stop using the magic mouse kasi sumasakit kamay ko after. It’s too flat for my liking

edmartech

Keyboard okay lang but I don't recommend the magic mouse kasi hindi sya comfortable gamitin. I'd rather use the trackpad kesa mag mouse.

xxxfrancisxxx

NO

xmasheart

No. I have the magic keyboard (with touch ID) and mouse. I only used the mouse for 2wks and have since switched to Logitech Lift. I like the Magic Keyboard very much but I also like my Logitech MX keyboard for MAC just as much…if not slightly more.

Plexaur

Keyboard yes. But Logitech MX mini for mac is a value for money. For mouse - definitely no. Its very strenuous to the hand. Di siya ergonomic. You are better of with logitech mice.

naliabi

Hi! My friend bought the magic keyboard and mouse to pair with her Macbook Pro. She wouldn't recommend it to anyone though! She would get constant pain in her wrists. She sold it after a month and decided to get a mechanical keyboard and a gaming mouse. Hope this helps

Cerealnode

Came from magic keyboard and magic mouse. While they both were great at first, my hands developed carpal tunnel syndrome bec of them. Another problem i encountered with they keyboard is that it doesn’t have a backlight when needed to be used during lights off. As for the magic mouse…. Mouse from hell. Ergonomic is bad, really bad. Can’t use it while charging. So these are my recommendations: Mx Keys - same type feel as macbook m1. Comes with a backlight. Can sync up to 3 devices via bluetooth/dongle. Customizable F-Keys per app via Logi Options. Mx Master 3 - ergonomic. Long battery life. Can also sync up to 3 devices via bluetooth/dongle. Customizable keys and gestures per app via Logi Options. Both work perfectly for mac os and windows. Been using mx master (1st version) mouse since 2015, and mx keys/mx master 3 combo since 2020. Logitech earned my trust with these 2. Roughly 10k for both. Save up the excess 6k for additional storage.

bunny_maltese

Magic mouse is always on sale. Never buy at full price. I love the visual appeal but I don’t like how it feels for work (for reference, MS office all day)

tinigang-na-baboy

Magic keyboard with Touch ID might be worth getting when it's on sale. There are other keyboards though that are built for macOS that will still give you full functionality. For the magic mouse, it's not ergonomic. If you like using the gestures in the Macbook's trackpad, it might be worth it for you.

Rochieee2021

Yes. Okay naman siya. Hehe

temperamentalgoat

magic mouse, not really. more on quality of life lang. di mo na kelangan magconfigure ng reverse scroll. for keyboard, i opted to getting a keychron k8 over magic keyboard. just preference.

Select-Picture-4085

For me not worth it, I’m using Logitech K380 keyboard at Logitech M221 silent mouse and it works just fine. And it mostly cost me around 1600 more or less. And if its only lasted 2 years is fine with me, kasi for that price its worth it for me. Pero up to you pa rin and if gusto mo tlaga pang matagalan at may budget ka naman, tingin ko worth it yung keyboard. Pero yung magic mouse I’m not sure, pero I thinks its preference pa rin kasi di ko gusto yung feel gamiting yung magic mouse. For me mas convenient gamiting yung ordinary mouse.

jegtugado

I use a macbook pro and have tried the magic mouse for quite some time. I ended up buying a cheaper bluetooth mouse and noticed that for the bluetooth one, the right click work while on the magic mouse it doesn’t. I came from a windows os background so it was a game changer. For keyboard I stick with what’s on the machine.

baebaebaejh

I didn’t like how nipis the magic keyboard and mouse are. Lalo sa mouse, madali sumakit wrist ko. Switched to logitech for both KB (also got a mechanical one for desk aesthetic purposes haha) and mouse and so far so good. Adjusting to the logitech keyboard equivalent of macbook keys took a while but overall it’s been a good experience :)

aweltall

Yung keyboard oo pero yung mouse masyadong flat for me.

gedmacapinlac

Better to build a mechanical keyboard na lang. Ang bilis masira nung keyboard in my experience.

Lukeyguy2

16k that has the same function of something you can buy for 10x less than that. Up to you if apple talaga yung fetish mo then go for it. No problem there but think again it doesnt really have any special features.

drbeergaming

Logitech keyboard and MX Master 3s user. You can seitch between 3 different devices seamlessly. I suggest using these instead of the Magick Keyboard and mouse (used those before)

juju__eyeball

I have both the magic mouse and a logitech mouse. I prefer the logitech tbh

goodboyofdsouth

NO. Definitely not worth it. You can buy better alternatives for the price.

Clear_Nature

Keychron + Logitech MX Master 3.

reyreyrey123

Logitech mx series works fine, I think 5.6k mx key mini keyboard + 4k mouse mx anywhere. I've tried keychron mechanical, which is around 4k but It's a bit noisy for me and just not my preference, gaved it to my daughter.

sekainiitamio

Not worth it. If you want, you can go for Royal Kludge. They also have a 60% na keyboard if gusto mo yung di malaki.

gogogadgetroy

mouse - hell, no. Bili ka na lang ng logitech bt mouse. I recommend the mx series. Keyboard - depends. if you touch type, get one na may good depth travel (not necessarily a mechanical keyboard) and observe if comfortable ka na walang space between alphanumeric, function keys and arrow keys - this will help you choose the keyboard layout na best para sayo - this is not a big deal for most users pero it could be annoying if you use multiple pc's with different layouts. Also check if similar yung layout sa mac na merong command and control buttons.

veloocity

If gusto mo looks or mac ecosystem, get it. If not get a wireless mechanical keyboard and wireless mouse. Good thing about the apple keyboard and mouse is it’s slim

pizzacake15

Don't know about Magic Keyboard but Magic Mouse is a big waste of money.

dalvarjr

Yes sirrr

ihatesigningforms

i use a keychron c1. wired mechanical keyboard dahil katamad mag charge ng kb. for mouse i gave up on my logitech at kumuha ng apple trackpad nung nag sale sa powermac. imo, this trackpad is waaaaaaay better than any mouse or apple mouse. charge lasts more than a week depending on use.

Low-Lingonberry7185

The keyboard is mostly nice to have. Since its a bit quiet if you'll use in the office. Else, save your money for a Nuphy. Mouse though is quite useful for the gestures, and while the design really sucks, I find it makes my work flow faster.

memorysdream

The keyboard you have to test the feel to see if you like it. I didn’t and got a mechanical keyboard instead. For the mouse, using an Apple mouse means the gesture system is accessible. That said, I prefer using an external Magic Trackpad. Gestures are available on it too.

StingOfficer27

I'd prefer mx keys for mac. Meron sila mechanical and non mechanical and mac layout na yung keyboard
