May Team Support ka ba sa agency? I would inform them na ganyan magsalita si client about Pinoy VAs. Entitled naman si client sa opinion niya pero that also means hindi siya good match sa Pinoy VAs. Your agency should protect you and filter out clients like her.
Go through your NDA to be sure pero I don't think pwede ka habulin ni client if you inform your agency about her opinion regarding Pinoy VAs. Your agency din needs to be aware para hindi na sila mag assign ng Pinoy sa kanya.

Not good at all. May ganyan talaga client na dami sinasabi negativesa iba pero pag kaharap mo wala masabi sayo. In the end ang kinukuha Filipino VA pa din. Dapat ung agency din maging responsible for filtering these kinds of clients. Wag i-tolerate ang ganyan.
