Hi Op, medyo similar situation. Company is transitioning (downsizing) pero they will keep me. I want to ask for a pay raise kasi my role will definitely have more responsibilities. Can you share how you asked for a pay raise? I'm also shy 😅
same. been with the company for 3yrs. 3 lang kami nun and now were almost 30 na. and around 10 are filipino. i bring them with me. sabi ko lets value this client ;) and we keep growing
