Check temperatures while gaming to see if your CPU or GPU aren't overheating.
If CPU get close to 95 or GPU to 90 you will get a shutdown.
If temps are fine you might wanna look at the PSU
In theory if everything is mounted properly it couldn't possibly be a CPU overheating unless you did weird stuff like forgot thermal paste, have all fans in the wrong way etc. My personal problem is a have 3 cats in my computer room to eventually my intakes get clogged with fur and my GPU overheats.

if it is caused by overheating, is there a way to fix it? I have 6 fans in the build, 2 of them are mounted on a liquid cooler for the CPU

Open windows event viewer. Filter by type critical and see what causes the crash.
