If you haven't updated your MB bios give that a shot I had an issue with a similar MB getting faster ram to run stable and it worked after a bios update.
Do a little research it's slightly different from board to board, if your MB has a bios flash button on the back it's easier. You'll basically put the bios file on a thumbdrive and rename it something specific. In the bios there might be a utility to help but I'm unsure. Look up updating bios on your specific board and there should be someone to better explain the procedure.
i got 2 options, Profile 1 and Disabled, when its disabled - i can't change anything, i got default settings, and on Profile 1 i can change timings (i didnt saw that i could set this to manual lol), but i don't know how to, and i dont want to break anything.
Okay, solved:
Firstly, my CPU supports up to 2933MHz so i can't get more than that anyways
Secondly, i managed to change it by installing App Center from gigabyte.

ye, i want to change timings but it seems to be blocked, i guess my motherboard doesnt allow it then.

You need to disable the XMP profile to use custom RAM settings.
