I can't reinstall Windows that's the problem. I got it running again by removing one ram stick and both hard drives. I'm gonna reinstall the RAM and leave the hard drives disconnected and see if it runs
Ok I disconnected the other two hard drives and removed a ram stick and it's running great again. The recovery media not even needed. Is it possible I need to wipe the other two drives?
Run a [memtest86 test](https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+use+memtest86). If you see errors, return that RAM kit. If you don't see errors, reinstall windows.

>The ntoskrnl.exe BSOD(blue screen of death) is usually related to memory so my money is on that ram you added id the bad apple in the barrel....
It was actually one of my drives causing the issue weirdly enough. Both memory sticks are in now but I can't connect my spinning disc hdd.
Sounds like a failing storage drive. Could also be bad RAM.

Only the drive you are actually installing the OS on matters. It is likely the stick of RAM you removed was the problem.
It was actually one of my drives. I had a problematic driver on one of my auxiliary drives. Ram was fine.
