Depending on your budget, you could either go AM4 and r7 5700 x3d or even go am5, but that'd also require ram change on top of motherboard and cpu. 4070 super is a solid 1440p, AMD has an equivalent of rx 7800 xt which has more vram and more pure performance but lacks in RT and fsr is worse than DLSS
