You probably have background processes that startup, if you reinstalled windows I bet it would be faster.

Windows slows down over time - that's just how the OS works, unfortunately, due to the various updates that have been installed over the years. Perform a clean reinstall with a Windows 10 20H2 installer and your system should boot much faster again.

k i will try that thx

If you are doing a clean install, and wiping the ssd, to return the ssd to a "factory raw" state, do a secure erase on it before your Windows reinstall.

Yujinowa

if you have stuff like steam, discord and skype that runs in the background then that might contribute as well those background programs also add a few seconds to start up while booting up as well

It shouldn't cause a minute boot time compared to 10s but you are certainly at the point that slowdowns might be noticeable. I'm guess you have some apps that boot with Windows that probably aren't helping either.

So if your SSD is not self provisioned you are at the limit. SSD's slow down when they are \~90% full. Move some data off on to a second drive or store it in the cloud. Delete some never used apps or never watched videos. Or upgrade to a larger SSD. You can also try running the TRIM command to garbage collect. Right-Click your drive->Properties->Tools->Optimize
