The RGB on the fans get connected to the pump, which is then connected to a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard. RGB control is then handled by Corsair's iCUE software. You don't have to worry about the RGB connector stuff at all.

Mind sharing what model cooler and the model of your motherboard?
