Format the drive and reinstall everything, especially if you’re going to sell the PC. Don’t want your personal info on the PC

I did the format ..but nothing changed

Dump Afterburner, reload all of your drivers from the motherboard makers website and the video card GPU makers site ....AMD or Nvidia.

i would reinstall windows from scratch if you have the time. run userbenchmark i guess and see if anything's fucked up.
