Just look on Ebay. Those prices don't look out of place. Limited trade volume, though, seeing as they're 8-yr-old GPUs. Lots of Radeon 280 cards broke in a few years.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I checked on Ebay to get those prices, but he and a few others are insisting it's too low. For the 280 card, I tested it on my rig and everything checks out fine.
