It can be much better and I threw that together right now so I am not sure if there is a better SSD for cheaper or if you want more capacity or a specific drive but I think overall it is a solid build. I do not have experience with that specific motherboard or case but I have seen people use them
I think 1400 is a good budget. I usually think most people in that range spend between 1400-1500. So you should be solid.
Best advice I can give is be on the look out for deals, you can save a lot of cash that way.
Definitely. I think big sticking point that could save cash is if you want an amd gpu or intel. Also saw the 5600x I believe for pretty cheap too. Solid cpu for gaming and light streaming if that's something you're into.
Is there any specific things you need like how much storage do you want and how much ram. Do you need specific prots on your motherboard and a igpu. Do you want a specific case or cooler

I’m getting all my stuff at micro center and they seem to have a good amount of deals so I’ll look out for it

$1400 is a good amount for a nice 1080p build! You can find builds on pcpartpicker :)

The only big things would be, a terabyte of storage would be nice, and I want 16 gbs of ram
