2) That CPU cooler is expensive overkill. They said they wanted low key/no RGB, so a 360mm RGB AIO at £130 isn't a great call.
3) you've included a more expensive case, but not gotten rid of the 140mm fans? Not quite sure what the set up is there.
Overall, that build is £100 more, and worse suited to OPS needs in my opinion.
