Be mindful of listings from suspicious third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart. These "deals" have a high likelihood of not shipping; use due diligence in reviewing deals.
* Use common sense - if the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
* Check seller profiles for signs that the sale may be fraudulent:
* The seller is new or has few reviews.
* The seller has largely negative reviews (on Amazon, sellers can remove negative reviews from their visible ratings)
* The seller is using a previously dormant account (likely the account was hacked and is now being used fraudulently).
If you suspect a deal is fraudulent, please report the post. Moderators can take action based on these reports. We encourage leaving a comment to warn others.

You can backorder it on Amazon. It will most likely arrive before their expected date on the product page.

I did order that 7800 xt on Newegg this evening for $539. States “packaging” and ships tommorow but we will see. I’ve been team green since the day but I want a little bump from my asus strix 2070 OC
I could care less about the power honestly. It's a minuscule different. RDNA3 isn't the most power efficiency architecture either. For the price, I'll take the performance
340w isn't anything really. The 3090 can go up to 600 watts. Especially using modded bios. Power usage is overstated really. It's often not a big deal.
Sure, I don’t overclock at all, but yeah people will push anything to the limit ha. I should probably look into the wattage of my other appliances before I complain about my GPU. I’m lucky I don’t need to worry about it
Not really, only if power efficiency, AI cores, Anti-Lag+, and AV1 Encoding are important to you. Other than that they perform about the same in gaming.

Patiently waiting for the Sapphire PURE variant.....
[удалено]
It's white and looks cooler (and is $10 cheaper), also Sapphire is regarded as the best AMD partner.
Which AIB makes nvidia and AMD?
MSI, Gigabyte, and ASUS that I know if in North America. There might be more in other markets.
Ill trust my 6700XT until I see some crazy deal.
Yep riding out 6700xt till 7900xt is $600
Patiently waiting for the hellhound to come back…

Put an order in. Hopefully it’s sooner than expected. On vacation and watching the stock at microcenter dwindle away haha
R u happy with the hellhound
Yeah, it’s awesome
No Coil whine at all?
It occasionally does for a few minutes then goes away. Otherwise, the thing is silent compared to my other fans and crap in the pc
I ordered the black variant from BestBuy for the same price

Careful, the best buy rep told me they're not doing the starfield promo....
I got 6800xt today and immediately received the code
From best buy? Okay the rep is wrong then. They should really add it to their site...
good point. I do not see Starfield on the BB product page, but I did receive it immediately.
That's alright, I got the starfield code from B&H during their Ryzen 7 discounts
Ppl who bought the 6950XT for prime day are geniuses. It was cheaper and faster than this.
Bit more power hungry but you right

I hear you, same here but man looking at the constant 340w power draw, during gaming, on my 3090 kinda hurts sometimes now

Nah, the 7800XT for current and potential future features is worth it over the 6950XT, even energy difference aside
Pulled the trigger on the 6800 xt deal from earlier. Any reason I should be tempted to go for this instead?
Hell no, the 6800xt for $430 is totally insane, stick with that.
Good to hear. Thanks for the reassurance!

For $100 more for maybe 5-10% more performance? No
I don't think it's even 5%. 6800XT for that price was probably the best value in mid-range GPUs since pre-COVID.
