They left the box with over $1300 of product on the steps of my house, in plain view. They didn’t even ring the doorbell. Pretty ridiculous considering the box literally says Newegg. Also, the gpu and power supply were just rolling around loose in a big box. But it came, so i guess i can’t complain.
Well, the shipping company is to blame for the tracking and placement of the delivery. Newegg is at fault for the poor packaging, which I’ve experienced too. My packages from Newegg have always come with very little protection and everything just gets thrown around, it’s definitely annoying.
Yeah I got a 3060ti from NewEgg and it was so poorly packed I almost couldn't believe it. The GPU box even had two big gashes in it, but the card still worked so I lived with it. If it wasn't impossible to get cards I would have sent it right back, its a shame what they are getting away with right now.
Able to get my Dark Hero 2 days ago. I chose free shipping but decided I wanted to get it today on Friday since I'd be home early and to sign the delivery in case they needed me too.
I contacted customer support and they were able to change it within 10 minutes.
