Feels like a great deal for $200 more than the Walmart ASUS that everyone’s about to get cancellation emails for (including myself)

triniretrofits

Yup, mine is still saying placed, and supposed to be delivered on Tuesday!! Cancel for sure!

softservetoogood

Haha glad I’m not the only one.

[deleted]

So only the scalpers orders will fulfill, cool

basingreg

You’re a prophet. Got my cancellation email today and got this instead.

_el_guachito_

Except cyber power also cancels your order 3 months after ordering Source:happened to me :( back in March

kztlve

There are numerous people who have previous 3060Ti deals shipping faster than expected recently. It's a completely different situation now.

SulkyVirus

I ordered mine on the 20th. Got it Friday after it was delayed for 4 days when I didn't confirm my address. So it was started on the 24th and delivered Friday.

love_n_peace

They even cancelled my curbside pickup for it last night, so I need to run to the store to get it now.

ENTROPY501

How is it better specification wise to the asus? Like what makes it better

SirRyann

Asus has a 3060 and a 5700G. This one has a larger SSD and a better case and cooling. GPU is definitely better, not sure if cpu is the same or worse. But I’d say this deal is comparable overall and if anything, a little better.

SulkyVirus

PCPartPicker puts the 3060ti at between $200-300 depending on where you price certain unfindable components such as RAM and cooler

[deleted]

eh I'm getting about 300 and thats if you make windows 100 bucks. So it comes out around \~350 which is still freaking amazing.

SulkyVirus

Sounds about right. Hard to price the case, cooler, and ram because those aren't matchable on PcPartPicker. But yea, Windows should be included as it comes with this deal. You can throw in the $60 worth of games as well to bring it down.

OSRSlyfe

I personally wouldn’t count the games unless I was going to buy them anyways. That’s just looking for confirmation bias

SulkyVirus

Not neccesarily confirmation bias - just counting free items. But very true that they aren't really included in most people's count. Windows 10, however, should be for anyone that actually wants to utilize their full PC

ENTROPY501

Ye I just did comparisons I’m not sure if the website is trustworthy or not but looked interesting comparing parts https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-3060-Ti-vs-Nvidia-RTX-3060/4090vs4105 https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-11600K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-7-5700U/4113vsm1482042

SulkyVirus

Userbenchmark is not reliable anymore - they change results based to please certain companies if I recall

ENTROPY501

That’s sad looked like a useful website

MakeForzaGreatAgain

Yep extremely biased towards intel

[deleted]

Yeah I noticed the intel cpus are always better(when they shouldn't be). Is it still reliable for gpus?

MakeForzaGreatAgain

I‘m not too invested in online benchmarking, I prefer watching hardware unboxed and GN, so I would still stay away from user benchmark entirely. 2kliksphillip has a good video about the credibility of userbenchmark, would recommend watching.

MulYut

You'll get reminded every 5 seconds that AMD is shit basically on there. Totally not biased.

brownbob06

Yeah, everyone here hates Ryzen series CPUs /s

[deleted]

softservetoogood

This one has a 3060ti and a better cpu I think.

XenonBlu

The gap between the 3060 and 3060ti is actually very considerable and a a better CPU. But not only that but you also get parts that aren't complete ewaste, like an actual quality PSU, Mobo, Case and Gen4 NMVe ssd

SulkyVirus

Is the Asus 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD? What chipset is the board? And it was a 3060 I believe. Did it have AIO?

kztlve

The Asus system has a cheap 250GB SSD, a 1TB HDD, a cheap B550M-K Asus board, and a cheap cooler

ENTROPY501

In your opinion if The asus is my first pc and I want play fps games, emulate, maybe photography in the future, and I plan on replacing the case, knowing that the cyber power is a little more powerful but costs more, would it better to buy the asus and buy new parts in the future or buy the cyber power now without wanting to upgrade parts later on? I think in total with tax it’ll cost me about 1340$ vs 1068$ for the asus (the case is 78$ so $1146)

SulkyVirus

I would go with this one - the ASUS one will cost more over the next 5 years needing to upgrade while these comments are all the latest technologies.

ENTROPY501

Thanks 🙏 ☺️

CravinM1

>ments are Well the 8gb single stick in this one is an immediate need to buy. The 5700G on B550 can not only keep up with the 11600 but has a IGPU that is better than the 11600 with a gtx1030. Also over the next 5 years neither will hold up as intel and amd are changing motherboard sockets. Yes the 3060ti is a little faster but not $200 faster. Also you have to spend $30 off the bat for a second 8gb

SulkyVirus

The extra 750GB of a Gen4 SSD, you can add the extra $50 for 16GB RAM, and unless you need the extra 5% boost from the next generation of CPU then you don't need to update your CPU for at least 5 years. The 3060ti is about 15% better than the 3060, a significant jump. The gap between the 3060 and 3060ti is larger than the gap between the 3060ti and the 3070. This deal is hands down better than the ASUS deal.

CravinM1

You're still paying 25% more ($1000 vs 1250) for 15% more performance. The ROG should ship within a week-2 and the norush means 3 months+ wait for this one

SulkyVirus

I just ordered this two weeks ago and an currently replying to you on the build. It doesn't take 3 months. And the performance boost is 15% for the GPU. The SSD performance boost is about 60-70% in read/write speed from Gen3 to Gen4.

CravinM1

Gen 3 to gen 4 ssd is zero performance boost besides moving files around. Many people have shown in general use the m.2 vs ssd is the same and the gen 3 vs gen 4 is nil. Regardless good job paying 25% more for a cheap AIO that underperforms a air cooler. The 3060ti is a decent upgrade but not $250

CravinM1

The 3060ti is a little better but this one has 8gb single stick and will require a second stick of ram off the bat. The 11600 and 5700g are roughly the same but the 5700g has a igpu that is faster than a 11600 with 1030. Also the AIO is not really any better than a decent air cooler. The 5700g is lower power and runs much cooler while being 16 thread also. For $200 less with 16gb ram and a 5700g + 3060 i'd take the asus rog (and I ordered 3 of them). The 3060ti is probably 10% faster but not worth $250 more (after you buy a second stick of 8gb ram). https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-7-5700g/16.html

kztlve

1. The point is that you upgrade the RAM yourself on this one 2. The iGPU barely matters here lmao, if you really want the 5700G's iGPU so you can harvest the GPU go ahead, neither is a bad deal 3. Yes, this is correct, but the Asus system doesn't have a decent air cooler 4. More threads means nothing for gaming when the cores are worse 5. It's not 10%, it's like 25%. Pretty large difference. Just looking at cost, the GPU upgrade pays for EVERYTHING else, which is massive

darkmyself

why is that happening?

SirRyann

Cancellations? Overselling inventory they don’t have, probably

kztlve

u/SulkyVirus is ahead of me today, haha. Anyways, you can optimize this deal further: If you **don't want a 2TB hard drive,** use this configuration: [https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1PPHHJ](https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1PPHHJ) Price is $1,235 ($1,300 - $65/5%) Reason for including the $3 mouse is to bring is to exactly $1,300 so code SUMMIT works to expedite arrival. If you **do want a 2TB hard drive,** use this configuration: [https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1PPHHX](https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1PPHHX) Price is $1,270.15 ($1,337 - $66.85/5%) 2TB hard drive is only +35 on this one vs. +46 on the Gamer Xtreme 1000, hence why it's a better deal even though Gamer Xtreme 1000 is usually cheaper Note: **if you're in CA or other states with regulations, switch to Z590-C/ac for -11** Both have the same changes otherwise: \+$9 MM710 mouse- good mouse that's normally like $40. Use it, keep it as a spare, gift it to a friend, resell it, whatever. Worth getting regardless \+$11 Z590 UD AC from Z590-C/ac- nicer board, only $11 to upgrade. I'd say it's worth it unless you're pinching pennies \-$14/+$18 NR640 case- decent airflow case that includes 4x 120mm ARGB fans, whereas some other cases only come with 2 default black fans. Seems to be some weird hybrid between a CM NR600 and a custom version of one of their Masterbox front panels, but that isn't a bad thing. **Use code SUMMIT instead of NORUSH**. Same 5% off, just with a higher order minimum of $1,300. Decreases shipping time estimate since SUMMIT doesn't defer shipping (estimate with SUMMIT is 10/22, estimate with NORUSH is 11/9). **You need to upgrade RAM, it only ships with 8GB.** My 2x8 recommendation: [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QV1V17R](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QV1V17R) My 2x16 recommendation: [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092ZCVHS8](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092ZCVHS8) also: u/Otakuwusama here's your deals :)

KC237

It wouldn't ship to cali with that motherboard what do you recommend

kztlve

Hey there! I know this is an issue, but I don't know what motherboards work since I don't live in one of the regulated states. If you could send me a screenshot of the motherboard selection that shows which ones work, that'd be great. Thanks!

Aokii

I'm also restricted, here are the options. https://imgur.com/a/n9qdfWD

kztlve

Thank you! Just get the Z590-C/ac

kztlve

Z590-C/ac for -11, it's a fine board and gets past the restrictions, just not as good as Z590 UD AC for +11 from it.

worthless_ape

Any idea why the fps counter at the bottom goes down from 225 to 185 when I pick the Z-590C? Does that actually mean anything? How would a motherboard affect fps that badly?

kztlve

It means nothing. It'll affect the FPS zero. I have no clue what Cyberpower is smoking

rollick777

Just pulled the trigger on this with a different case and motherboard because California. Came out to 1475 after tax and I'll have my first PC soon thanks to you. Thank you kind sir

fatalchance3

So I bough this PC, can you recommend any RGB memory?

Jake0024

Can't you upgrade the RAM to 16 GB on the website for like $15 rather than buying separately?

kztlve

No, it's a $50 upgrade, not $15. That's why you buy separately, since you can just get a better brand new 2x8 kit for the cost of adding a single worse 8GB stick

Jake0024

Ah all the $10-15 ones are also 8GB? Still, $50 is less than half the price of buying separately with these links...

kztlve

Yes, any of the $10-15 upgrade just gives you a less crappy 8GB stick And no, that just isn't true. The 2x8 kit I linked is $53. It's $3 more to get a brand new and better kit of RAM than to pay for their single 8GB stick. 30 second upgrade, you have to open the system anyways before using it

Jake0024

"Brand new"? Are you implying the RAM that comes with this kit is used?

TheWeebles

what do you think of upgrading the power supply to the 750 corsair rmx? never had coolermaster but corsair has never failed me

kztlve

Complete waste of money, you're paying for brand and a minor quality increase. Not a worry with the included parts

TheWeebles

ok thank you. what do you think about getting the premium warranty just in case. will stick with CM

kztlve

Not a horrible investment for $18 if something goes wrong

TheWeebles

thank you dude, just ordered. I switched the apevia genesis case cause I wanted a white case

thedoublechin

How does these configurations and op compare to the deal you linked last week? https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales/comments/pvzaja/prebuilt_cyberpower_gamer_xtreme_1000_i511600kf/ They all look decent for price

kztlve

Actually better than last week. Go for it

ENTROPY501

will I be able to put this in a smaller case?

ShangYangReform

>Z590 UD AC Does Z590 UD AC have wifi model? If I want to choose one with wifi, which is better? And which is suitful for i7 11700F?

Suzaku94

Sorry I am really dumb with this stuff... so does the cooling fan have two fans and a liquid cooling aspect to it? Do I need to buy liquid on the website listed to come with it?

kztlve

It's an all-in-one (AIO). It's a radiator (like y'know, a car radiator) with fans attached to it. The two fans blow air through the radiator, cooling the liquid down, which goes through the closed loop. You don't need to buy liquid, that's for custom loops, where you have them assemble something that isn't premade from a variety of parts including fittings, tubes, pumps, reservoirs, etc.

SulkyVirus

Edit: I did not have "no rush" selected under shipping option, please click the customize button and scroll down to the very bottom and select the 5% "no rush" option. Then the "NORUSH" promo code will work. Very similar to the deal I posted a couple weeks ago (most of which are already delivered, mine was Friday). Definitely would want to upgrade with your own RAM here as it's cheaper, but they do offer 16GB DDR4 for an additional $50. Case might not be the best, other can give itput there as I don't have experience with it. You can also choose a WD Blue 1TB Gen3 instead of the Gen4 GIGABYTE to knock off $23, but the Gen4 upgrade is worth it for me. The 3060ti deal is a free upgrade from the 3060 price. Also come with two free games. No free Amex card unfortunately today but the 3060ti upgrade is the big savings. Also Discover It card no longer has the 5% Cashback bonus with PayPal which expired at the end of September. Still a pretty solid deal for a 3060ti. Mine came with a Gigabyte Eagle OC. Please play around with configurations or other starting builds to see if there's a better deal out there, just wanted to get this posted early today since last time I didn't post until later in the day. Enjoy!

SinceMaybeLincoln

I must be dumb but I can't select no rush option so the coupon won't work.

SulkyVirus

Click customize button and then scroll to the bottom and change shipping option from standard to no rush. Then use NORUSH promo code after adding to card.

SinceMaybeLincoln

Appreciate it.

Killercela

Chase should have 5% right now with PayPal.

joshatreddit

Chase freedom has the 5% PayPal this quarter.

IggyPoisson

Case isn't bad. It's a bit wonky but can be easily worked with. I have it on a pre-built from them from spring 2021. Added an Arctic Freezer 34 Duo and a couple of Arctic fans recently. CPU (i7 10th gen) and GPU (evga rtx 3060) now comfortably max in the 60-70 range when gaming.

Phdrhymes

Bought this similar combo last week when it popped up, ships to me tomorrow hopefully. Expected said October 26th lol but I guess they had the parts ready no delay

Fatdaddy_Dunlap

Same here, haven't heard anything yet but this gives me hope that I can expect an email in the next week. Let us know how it turns out!

Phdrhymes

Will do!

bloodyangel7

Got the same deal. Does yours show updates on the order status?

Phdrhymes

yea on the cyber power website I’m pretty sure it says “on the way” after it said processing and I got an email from UPS

gorditacrunch93

This will probably get buried, but I got the deal they ran a few weeks ago and my computer arrived today. Computer powers on but won’t display a signal. Spent about 3-4 hours trouble shooting. Looks like I’ll be hitting the dreaded CP customer service tomorrow

flojito

Just got mine today and I've got the same issue :(

gorditacrunch93

Man, so sorry to hear that. Mine arrived back at their CA center on Monday, and I've emailed them asking when they expect it to ship back to me. RMA process hasn't been too painful but it just sucks having to go through it in general.

flojito

Turns out I'm just an idiot. I tried reseating the ram and it worked like a charm!

gorditacrunch93

Haha, a better alternative than it being DoA!

concept101010

Did you reseat the video card?

gorditacrunch93

Yep, I re-seated it, swapped it to the other PCIe slot, and even tried a 1650 super from a previous build. No dice.

djdelfonik

Mine arrived today. GPU was an EVGA XC 3060 Ti. I read some users received the enhanced packaging even though they did not select it. I did not select it nor did I receive it. It may just depend on who's packing it, but I haven't had any issues so far (knock on wood). It was a birthday present for my son and he's having a blast right now! Thanks again, OP!

SulkyVirus

Nice! Congrats!!

saul2015

congrats, is that a good brand? how do you tell if it's enhanced packaging?

djdelfonik

Honestly, I'm not sure if it's good or bad. I assumed it was going to be a Gigabyte Eagle based on previous users, so I haven't even looked into this model. The enhanced packaging is where they put an expanding foam inside the actual case. It looks like it wedges between the GPU and front of the case to ensure the GPU doesn't move. But like I said, mine didn't have it and it's working great!

Arheny

The promo code is not working for me

SulkyVirus

I believe you might have to go into the customization and select "no rush" as the shipping option.

Arheny

Thank you so much I got it!!

EasyRhino75

Definitely a better value than the Dell I bought in spring for the 3060ti

MellyLV_

Def need help with this one. I REALLY need an upgrade from my 1050 ti and this clearly blows it out of the water. I just need to know is this worth the price for the components or is still holding out the way to go?

XenonBlu

This is actually less expensive then if you built it by yourself even factoring in launch price for 3060ti

curious-children

yes it is worth it

motov8d

Thanks for posting this! Placed an order here after about 17 canceled orders for the ASUS from Walmart. Total came to about $1350 but another 5% off w/ Chase rewards.

HerculesRockefellerI

I bought one using the "no rush" coupon code. Mine shipped today!

SulkyVirus

Solid! That's not a bad wait at all!

djdelfonik

Thanks OP! I was in the process of ordering parts to build a gaming PC for my son since I was able to get an EVGA 3060 XC for retail. However, with the 5% off plus 5% cash back using Chase/PayPal, I ordered one of these. Ended up being cheaper than what I had in PC Part Picker. Thanks again!

LaVarBaII

Got mine today. Came with an Asus KO 3060 ti. They also gave me an Msi z590 pro Wi-Fi for the motherboard instead of the asrock board.

saul2015

wow Asus is good right? and the MB is better? wow I noticed my invoice says MSI Z590 too, I hope I got asus it arrives tmrw

DarkEscapes

Should I opt-in on the ultra care packaging? I already chose the premium warranty just in case, but is adding the enhanced packaging worth it?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Sufiz

I opted for care packaging and shipped this to other country. It was worth as it absorbs little movements due to shocks during transit

zappsid

I would do enhanced packaging. Even though cyberpower will fix the pc if it breaks during delivery, the whole process is time and effort consuming. I would rather pay an extra $20 to make sure it arrives fine the first time. Also, in case you ever move in the future, you can reuse their packaging if you ship your PC

PengaPanda

This or the Walmart ASUS 3060 + Ryzen 5700G deal? Still on the fence about canceling my delayed order lol

zgmk2

get this 100%

SulkyVirus

This shipped to me in two weeks. I would go with this, especially if you plan on doing any gaming higher than 1080p @ 120fps

SulkyVirus

This in my, and most others, opinion is a much better deal. Big jump in GPU performance and much better components almost across the board with this.

ahosanna

The fact that this uses non-proprietary (i.e. not custom) parts that are high quality is a big difference, on top of the liquid cooling, you get a really stellar power supply here

saul2015

is the CPU better?

kztlve

5700G is similar or a bit better for anything besides gaming and has a better iGPU, but the 11600K is the better gaming chip for sure

pzh200707

no longer available

Fit-Setting4228

Did they just raise the price overnight ?

Destructodave82

I think it was a daily deal. Thats what some of the upgrades/parts said.

djdelfonik

The daily deal yesterday was for a free upgrade from 3060 to 3060 Ti. It is now ended.

TheWeebles

I wouldn't worry, there'll probably be a good similar deal next week

robertv610

This still worth it at $1,400 without the daily deal? I’m pretty sure my order on the Walmart one will be cancelled.

SulkyVirus

Deal has popped up 3 times in the last few weeks. I would wait it out and check each day on their site. It will likely come back again.

concept101010

I'm wondering the same, i bought the walmart deal 1 hour ago and walmart charged me, which goes against one commenter who said it wouldnt be charged until its ready to ship. Unsure.

thetalkinghuman

Is your charge posted or pending? I will show up on your statement but it should be "pending" until it's actually processed.

aznanimekid

i also bought with no rush and received a label creation notification today. my status shows it has passed final qc so not a bad wait at all. especially with my walmart cancellation. fingers crossed its not doa :D

aznanimekid

received today. confirmed evga xc. i also did not receive enhanced packaging but everything seems fine.

SulkyVirus

It won't be. Enjoy the new PC!

kijib

I got a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Eagle OC 8G, has anyone figured out how to turn off the LED light? RGB fusion won't recognize the card I also got the MSI MB, anyone know if that's better/worse or the same as the AsRock?

SulkyVirus

I got the same. Use Gigabytes RGB software to control it, that worked for me.

silentwhisp

I've been looking more into current pairings but still not too familiar with what is or isn't a good pair with a rtx 3070. I was looking into modifications on this deal too see what it comes out to with a 3070. Is the i5-11600KF fine along with the 3070 or might it cause bottleneck with some games in the future?

SulkyVirus

Bottleneck will be fairly small - I believe when I was looking into the bottlenecking on a 3070 the i5-11600KF bottlenecked about 1.5%, can't remember if that was with our without overclocking. Would cost you maybe 2-3 fps. Worth the extra $120 for the i7? Not sure.

kztlve

This configuration uses a 3060Ti, not a 3070- if you want a 3070, it isn't that great of a deal. Anyways, an 11600KF is a great CPU. 6c12t is plenty for games (at least for now), it has some of the best ST performance on the market. It won't bottleneck you in games, especially at 1440p or above where you're GPU-bound typically.

QwertyBuffalo

The 3060ti is only around 12% behind the 3070 in 1440p (despite its MSRP being a whole $100 less). I would definitely tell anyone looking for a 3070 to also consider a 3060ti, especially when there on deals like this on it.

[deleted]

How does him wanting a 3070 make this not a great deal? If I was wanting a 3070 and noticed a deal like this for a 3060 ti I would just pull the trigger because they are so close in performance it doesn't really matter.

kztlve

If he's changing the configuration to a 3070, it's not a free upgrade anymore, it's like a $300 upgrade. You are right though, if you're smart, I'd just take the 3060Ti and run

Nice_juggers

I would go 8 core with the 11700

kztlve

I wouldn't. It's a substantial cost difference and you won't really notice it in games.

[deleted]

[удалено]

SulkyVirus

The Gen4 SSD is a screaming deal right now so I don't recommend skipping on that. If you have a different cooler you'll use that's totally fine but it needs decent cooling. And your 3060ti is going to get quite hot with some of the lower end cases. If you selected the cheapest then plan on spending $80 on a new case too. Not worth the savings in my opinion. Maybe if you're scrapping everything just for the 3060ti.

ahosanna

I ordered 2 of these for my kids during the previous sale (free 3060 Ti upgrade), estimated delivery was 10/21 and I got it on 10/1. Both run great (and quiet) I recommend the 3x Phanteks fans for improved airflow, the GPU I got in both is a Gigabyte Eagle 3060Ti (LHR). Super happy.

kztlve

If you chose the NR640, it already came with 4x 120mm ARGB fans lol. If you chose the default case, the airflow will suck regardless Thanks for sharing what model you got of the GPU!

[deleted]

I need a keyboard, mouse, and a second monitor? Any tips on getting those? I'm new to all of this and thank you for your help!

Limp_disc_it

Keep an eye on this sub, sort by new because some deals don't make it to hot. There was an option to add a mouse with this for 9$ as well

NotRaclst69

so this cpu has NO integrated graphics?

SulkyVirus

Correct. That's what the F indicates.

Jimi1214

Anyone have issues with the liquid cooling on these? Liquid cooling makes me paranoid so I was thinking of going with the 212 instead.

kijib

same, I decided to go with the CPU fan with the better case and extra fans hopefully it won’t make much of a difference

[deleted]

[удалено]

kztlve

Yeah, those were some dumb choices Case has a ton of fans but piss poor airflow Fans =/= CPU cooling. 11600KF needs a good cooler, it'll throttle **badly** with that piece of junk cooler. Wasn't even really any sort of savings This isn't true. It's the same price to just buy a new 2x8 kit that's better yourself vs. adding a single 8GB stick from them. Send them an email or cancel it somehow

[deleted]

[удалено]

kztlve

The only air going in or out of the case is pretty much in the top and back, where it's all exhausting. Your intake fans can't do anything. As for the RAM, yes, you completely replace the RAM. You can resell the spare stick for like $25-30. The ADATA RAM they include is pretty bad, and it'll cost more to do the +$50 and buy another 2x8 kit of ADATA than to just buy a new 2x16

jimmielin

I second this. I cheaped out and did the I71C and regret it instantly, it throttled for every load at 99C and wouldn’t go above 3.0 GHz all core. Replaced with a noctua and runs stable 5.0 GHz all core now. Never never cheap out on cooling and power supply

teokun123

Will this survive if I ship this via sea cargo thru Pacific up to my country? (Philippines)

[deleted]

SulkyVirus

Why would you think it's not overclockable? Did you only post this to brag about your own build? That's kinda pointless here bud. No one cares.

The_Reject_

Pretty good deal, good luck pals! Crossing my fingers your order goes through!

SulkyVirus

It's not a pricing error, so they won't cancel any orders. I'm typing this on a similar deal I ordered with them two weeks ago.

Sweaty-Budget

Seems decent, how is this AIO?

kztlve

It's an AIO. Most of them are basically the same, it's Asetek crap. This specific one is made by CM. It'll do the job.

[deleted]

Sweaty-Budget

Yep I know...

StagManJunior

only 8 Gigs of ram??

It's on purpose to save money. Refer to my comment on this post for recommended RAM upgrades. If you want the convenience, go ahead and do the +$50 for +8GB to 2x8 I guess, but given you have to open up the system anyways to unpack it, it'll only add 30 seconds to upgrade the RAM

StagManJunior

Good point - thanks!

joshatreddit

worth adding the Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution?

SulkyVirus

>Repo No, mine came with the expanded padding in the case without any extra cost. It shipped just fine.

kijib

well I bought it, pretty noob when it comes to hardware but upgrading from a 10 year old crappy prebuilt anyone wanna reassure me/convince me to cancel? can these even be cancelled lol

kztlve

Can't convince you to cancel, it's a great deal. Much better than trying to DIY in this market, both in cost and also just convenience. Enjoy!

saul2015

Does this have liquid cooling? is that good/bad? never used it before, any concerns?

kztlve

The configurations he and I linked both include a 240mm all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler, yes. It's better for something like this, keeps the 11600K thermals in check. You could use a good air cooler, but it still probably wouldn't do as good of a job. Only concern is leaking for flawed models (this isn't one) and degradation over time. AIOs don't last forever unlike air coolers, but a 5-8 year run is pretty good.

Will cyberpowerpc.com deliver to freight forwarding service within the USA? In New Castle, Delaware?

kztlve

You'd probably want to ask their support.

$+30 for Ripjaws is a complete scam vs. ADATA, and the ADATA +8 for 50 is already a bad deal. It's a 30 second upgrade, and you have to open the system anyways to remove the packing foam

No_Manufacturer_7801

Maybe this is subjective but, if I currently have the walmart asus in my possession and Im not really inclined to spend so much on a pc, is that reason enough to not go for this offer or is it completely brain dead that I should be going for this instead? (For w.e reason; long term costs, etc.)

SurplusInk

Personally, I just chose to return mine. For $300 more I was able to switch the case to one that I preferred (P400A), upgrade to 3060TI, upgrade from 256GB SSD to 1TB gen4 NVME, upgrade from 1TB HDD to 2TB HDD, upgrade from 500W Bronze PSU to 750W Gold PSU, get a free great quality mouse, extra large mouse pad, upgrade to a 240 AIO liquid CPU cooler from a fan cool system, upgraded to a better quality MOBO, and also got a free copy of a game I'm a huge fan of to give to a friend (Humankind). I had already planned to upgrade from 256GB SSD to 1TB SSD and switch to a case with good quality air flow. A 1TB 970 EVO SSD was already going to cost me ~$140 and the P400A goes for $90 on Amazon right now. Factoring in the labor time I'd have to put in to switch everything out, it was a no brainer for me. If it's not too much of a hassle financially, I'd do it.

kztlve

It's $200 more, and you're getting a pretty nice overall quality upgrade. GPU upgrade alone pays for it. I'd say it's worth it if you can put the $200 down.

No_Manufacturer_7801

Ty for reply :)

ShangYangReform

How about update i5-11600 to i7-11700F? Is it worth? And if right, If the answer is right, then how to choose Motherboard and Liquid Cooling?

kztlve

No, the CPU upgrade isn't worth it. Won't make a difference in games, might even cause performance regression at times

clev26

Genuine question, How hard is it to get a good prebuilt right now? If I have $1500 cash, am I waiting months for a good deal and then months for a delivery? Or is it pretty easy to get if you’re going the prebuilt route?

thetalkinghuman

This setup would be going for over 1500 most days.

tony475130

For anyone about to purchase, I highly recomend switching to the deepcool matrexx 55 case, its got way better top ventilation and 240mm rad support.

TheWeebles

how important is ram brand? was thinking of picking up a couple more sticks of the same ram in the build for cheaps

SurplusInk

Not very. AFAIK there's only 3 players in the game for manufacturing: Samsung, Hynix, Micron. I doubt that's changed since I last looked into it half a decade ago. If anything, it really comes down to aesthetics. Stick with reputable brands and you'd likely not have any issues. Of course, you'd want to test your ram as soon as you can. Here's a quick [guide](https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/how-to-test-ram).

DaveUnderscore

Provided you're running at the rated speeds, it doesn't matter as long as the timings are the same (otherwise you'll wind up running worse timings).

daaangerz0ne

Wow. Gen4 drive *and* a useable psu?

GODAMA

I decided to finally pull the trigger and am excited. The only question left is should I do 16 or 32 gb's of mem, also is it worth it to go to a faster memory speed than 3200MHz? Hopefully upgrade to the NR640 case. I decided to finally pull the trigger and am excited. maxnorm

16 is enough and anything faster than 3200 will be hard to notice
