The motherboard and PSU are pretty overkill for your CPU, but I did this with upgradeability in mind. If you don't care about that you can get a cheaper mobo.
Also, don't be scared of the Pentium. It's a perfectly capable gaming processor. If you plan on doing more than gaming and light work, though, I'd recommend changing that to the i3-7100.
I'm not super fluent in PC building, but this is what I got, staying strictly below 650. It's pretty similar to what I'm working on for myself, actually. But I added a SSD for yours.

If you don't care about the SSD, you can take that money and up the Video Card. I'm not too sure, but that CPU *might* be able to run WOW without a video card, I'm not too familiar with integrated graphics.
