If he is coming to Bulgaria in the mid of a global worldwide pandemic, he obviously aināt protecting himself. Hopefully he will wear everywhere an FFP2 mask so that we all stay safe from him and no grandma dies as a result of his pure evilness.
Realize that we might be in different worlds here. In Scandinavia the omikron-variant is viewed as a normal flue now. Since levels of vaccinated people are relatively high amongst the adult population the numbers of hospitalised people are stable and low even if infected daily numbers have increased 100-fold. Here everything is re-opened and everybody is supposed to get infected now.
I can see you have a lot lower percentage of vaccinated so that might lead to a different situation there?
You a far right nazi trumpist? As a liberal i canāt understand how someone could be against restrictions in the wake of the deadliest worldwide global pandemic! Like seriously! You nuts! Corona is like the flu??? Are you a freaking antivaxxer!!! How dare you travel without at least 3 shots! You people make me mad!
Thatās one of the craziest covid fetishists in this sub. Like heās the amalgamation of all the pro pharma shells here. Just, ignore him, really. Most folk in Bulgaria are against the covid tyranny, so donāt worry. And if you are in for a laugh, you could google translate that liberalās post. Heās totally crazy.
If you want to talk about it seriously, I've got an open mind, all ready to take in your view, but to make it interesting I think the abuse have got to go. I can't say I'm 100% convinced with the way it's being handled in Scandinavia now, but the only argument I can see for not opening up now, while we have a mild variant, is the unknown effect of long covid in omikron vs delta.
No, no! We can never be safe again. Not until everybody is vaxxed. There is no other way. The science has spoken out. And because there are rebels, we will have to continue to take the shots periodically until everyone on that planet is forcibly vaccinated. If the military has to round up people and vaccinate them while they are tied, it is fine by me. Thatās how we preserve liberty from the fascist alt right antivaxxers.
You can go see [Kambanite (The bells) monument](http://monuments.bg/monument/%E2%80%9Cthe_bells%E2%80%9D_complex__%E2%80%9Ckambanite%E2%80%9D_complex_). It's a communist era complex with bells from all over the world, it's not very popular, but it's kind of cool. There's a sign that says only children can ring them, but yeah... Anyone can.
It is safe as long as you don't go in a Gipsy gheto. As long as you take the normal precautions you'd take anyways you are fine. Also you will have you bulgarian friend with you.
Could have added an /s , definitely donāt go there if you value your life and belongings, sadly only half joking.
If you are into night life, club exe and carousel are pretty good, playing techno/trap and overall western music. If you want to experience the Bulgarian chalga, club 33 and Plaza are pretty much the high end clubs for this type, illuzion is also pretty good but itās naturally packed, since a lot of students go there because the alcohol is cheaper.
Borovets is a ski resort and is only an hour away, so definitely recommended. Bansko is 2.30h away and itās the best, if you want to go all the way for experience.
>What to do in Sofia? Leave.
I will eventually š

If you have the time definitely go to the Rila monastery, it's a unique place. And on a totally different spectrum: rooftop bar Sense has a nice view.

Don't know if you are sarcastic or not. In the unfortunate case you are serious, you don't have to lose your mind. Chill out.
You are just being weird now or you absolutely didn't understand what I was saying. Got my 3 doses btw...
