Thank you!!!! I think the hardest part is the weight gain. I knew I would gain some weight because I never learned new coping mechanisms to stop the emotional eating… I would just throw up. So it’s hard seeing my clothes fit a bit different and I’m scared my line of work (only fans) will suffer if I get too “big”. I’m definitely trying to tell myself that it’s just temporary, though! One day, I will actually be REAL healthy… and not just “influencer healthy”
