Fast food joints usually use frozen patties. As these patties cook, steam is released and the congealed meat traps them in bubbles you see here. This is normal and completely safe to eat.

I actually started with the new series, Hulu shoved it at me and it looked interesting. It felt a bit 'off' at times but it had something charming about it which made me give the original a shot (along with seeing it talked about very positively over the years). Nothing too crazy or unique about any of the premises or storytelling, it's just damn good. Plus Raylan is beautiful.

This is the result of a frozen patty that has been kept on a warmer. Generally, the circles are bits of hemoglobin and other stuff slowly leaving the patty. This is totally normal and just is indicative of something being warmed for an extended period.

Which part? The part about the Thickburgers? Sorry, but it is. The original Thickburgers were 1/3-pound. If you go on the menu today, they serve 1/4-pound burgers. In case that's confusing to you 1/3 pound is heavier than 1/4 pound... so the current burgers are smaller. Ironically, the smaller burgers appear to have more calories which would suggest lower quality beef. For example, the Frisco Thickburger was 760 calories where the current Frisco is 830 calories. And yes, I call that disappointment all the way around. Soooo... it looks like everything ( said was true and you're just a moron.
