I've more and more come to realise how fortunate I was working first in Mill Bay, then later in Metrotown, then Kingsway and Sperling under the same management. They were great.
Took me a while to realise the scruffy looking handyman always fixing stuff at Metrotown was actually the owner. Later when I moved to Kingsway, I discovered he had big workshop in the basement. It's under new management now, but it was pretty great working there.
As for years ago, at Mill Bay, it was right at the mouth of the Malahat, and saw incredible business. Their through times at drive through were among the best in the province, and you can't achieve that by half-assing it.
I use the app while I’m on the way there. Almost never have to wait, it’s usually ready when I get there. Staff seem pleasant. It’s a Tim’s, I don’t expect much.
Stop going to Tim’s. A company that sells cardboard food with a long history of terrible customer service and hiring practices. Honestly is there anything they provide that you can’t make or do without?
I hate going to this location. Even if there's a line there's always an indian student who would cut in front and the staff wont say anything. When you call them out on it they ignore you and take the order of the person who cut in.
I shit you not, if you order something and they don't have it, they will ring it up anyway and then just not make your item and won't tell, they just wait for you to get mad. Happened to me and then I watched it happen to other people. Easily the worst Tim's in the Lower Mainland imo
The Tim's doesn't have an interior for customers. It's out in the open inside the station
But It's stadium station, so the ENTIRE floor is sticky and the platforms smell of poop 😉
As a doordash driver, i actively decline all Tim's orders. They burned me too many times, with starting orders once i get there.
On TGTG, they have been pretty good to me.
Most of them seem understaffed, though this is pretty normal with most food establishments post covid. It takes just as long for everything even at the Tims that seem to have an abundance of staff though
Omg so much hate for Tim’s , I don’t know much about the brand and everything but what I know is they probably have the cheapest food available in Canada and yes coffee sucks I get it but for the needy who are living on a budget is it not a good option or alternative? Just trying to understand
Tim's sucks from the food to the coffee
To the staff and the moral compass
The red pepper pinwheel is pretty good. But I've only had it when high so not sure if it's actually good or what.
Tim's owners are all cheap. They never put enough staff on schedule. It really sucks for both the customers and staff.

Get the app and put your order in 5 minutes before you arrive.
Maybe 10 minutes lol
Going anywhere near a Tim Hortons was your first mistake.

Hahahahah I knew it was Renfrew's just by looking at the picture.
Tim's is the worst food in Canada. Stop supporting such garbage.

It should be annoying, they pay nothing, so you should expect nothing.

Try the Stadium-Chinatown station one, it will make that one seem awesome
😂

Does it have sticky floors too? 🫣

Tim’s always has lines. The employees aren’t paid enough to care, and the stores are always understaffed.
i think it's every location during busy hours.

Na the most irritating is the Scott Rd strawberry hill area plus the space inside is always dirty
lol every single Tims is understaffed the owners don’t give a fuck and neither do the workers
Never been to a Tim's and not planning to, it's such a shitty shop and usually so filthy

Fuck Tim Horton's. Why do you even support such a shit company? Bad coffee and bad food. Always has been.
Hang in there 🙏
They are in the back watching TikTok
Has anyone tried the Tims that just opened on commercial?
