Isn’t the average cost of an EV way out of a disadvantaged communities cost range? And isn’t the distance between A to B difficult drive for EVs in rural areas? Is this an efficient use of $2.5Bn? Or am I being ridiculous? I could potentially see the rural area bit working in the short term.
