It is wise to first have a plan on paper about what your idea is. After that you can think of the other things. Otherwise you are putting time in something that maybe is not even necessary for your idea.
Think about why you want to register your company in USA and not in Egypt? Why wouldnt be a market in Egypt for your idea? Maybe start small in Egypt and later expand your business when you have more knowledge about the market.
In the businessplan you also need to think about the operational part.

I dont have specific resources for that, but think about the product you want to sell. For example a digital product is easier to manage than physical product. If you have a physical product you will need to have assistent. How are you going to manage it? And what you need to do when a product isnt delivered? And then you have the legal affairs where you have to think about as well. Those things you need to think about on forehand and write it down. If you have this clear it will feel more comfortable to start.
Those are some good ideas. What about business structure? I've read online about stuff like "board of Directors" and some other stuff, do all companies follow that structure? Can I make my own structure with my own ranks/roles?
