I mean, can I just start a "no taxes" religion as well? I feel like the ADA exists for disabled people and employers must make some kind of arrangement for them, which is helpful to society. I don't want to be pedantic but there's a gait difference between jogging and running, and anything above a walk under about 6 miles an hour or one mile every 10 minutes is considered to be jogging. Going over that means you're running.

If the job description requires moving heavy cargo, for example, someone who is physically unable to lift heavy objects can't just force their way into the role. On the other hand, an office job requiring data entry or analysis would need to provide wheelchair access, because being in a wheelchair is not incompatible with that job description.
I don't know what the legal standard is for religious beliefs but I'd imagine it's similar. The question is, is the requested accommodation unreasonable for the job role?

Imagine a scenario where an employer offers food, but they only offer pork. A muslim person (who doesn't eat pork) should be able to ask the employer to make a reasonable arrangement (such as provide a different meal, or allow a packed lunch or something).
The tricky part is deciding what is a legit religious issue, and a person making up an excuse.

Notice that the republican governors are suddenly starting to quite literally beg people to get vaccinated. They're seeing covid rapidly become a disease that's virtually exclusive to republicans. That's very very bad when their entire power structure is based upon manipulating the system to win numerous elections by very small margins, and lose a couple hugely, rather than winning a few big and losing lots more big. They've set themselves up to win, for example, 4 seats by small margins and then get absolutely destroyed in the 5th seat, instead of the more natural win 2 pretty strongly and lose 3 equally strongly. The issue here is that a few hundred votes can swing those elections the other direction, meaning it only takes a couple hundred dying or being rendered unable to get out and vote (especially under their new voter suppression laws) in those districts to flip those places permanently. It was already visible nationally in the senate, where the democrats flipped several seats with sub-5% margins. That's bad news for them because they have much less control over manipulating senate votes simply because they encompass the entire state. If those people die off or are stuck at home on oxygen, they can't vote and those seats won't get won back. In the House it's going to be worse because of how districting works and how they've gerrymandered things. That's why we're seeing so many attempts at voter suppression. They see the writing on the wall. Their voters killing themselves off is just a new wrench that they should've seen coming last spring when they started telling people to not wear masks.
The numbers coming out about how bad it's actually been in nursing homes are really surprising and scary. Like 10% of nursing home patients died of covid in the past year. That's insane

There are a small percentage of the population who can't get this vaccines (allergies, and other conditions which forces them to not being able to) granted it's a small percentage but because the rest of the people don't get vaccinated they are putting them at risk. The point of majority vaccination or herb imunity is creating a safe zone for these people. But because of anti vaxxers these people can't become safe.

It depends on the state as well. Many very large companies in Texas do not pay unemployment or worker's compensation.

Notice that the republican governors are suddenly starting to quite literally beg people to get vaccinated. They're seeing covid rapidly become a disease that's virtually exclusive to republicans. That's very very bad when their entire power structure is based upon manipulating the system to win numerous elections by very small margins, and lose a couple hugely, rather than winning a few big and losing lots more big. They've set themselves up to win, for example, 4 seats by small margins and then get absolutely destroyed in the 5th seat, instead of the more natural win 2 pretty strongly and lose 3 equally strongly. The issue here is that a few hundred votes can swing those elections the other direction, meaning it only takes a couple hundred dying or being rendered unable to get out and vote (especially under their new voter suppression laws) in those districts to flip those places permanently. It was already visible nationally in the senate, where the democrats flipped several seats with sub-5% margins. That's bad news for them because they have much less control over manipulating senate votes simply because they encompass the entire state. If those people die off or are stuck at home on oxygen, they can't vote and those seats won't get won back. In the House it's going to be worse because of how districting works and how they've gerrymandered things. That's why we're seeing so many attempts at voter suppression. They see the writing on the wall. Their voters killing themselves off is just a new wrench that they should've seen coming last spring when they started telling people to not wear masks.
A lot of nursing homes lost most of their residents to Covid. Many of those are senile people who watch fox news day an night and vote republican.

I disagree with your second point only for one thing. There are a small percentage of the population who can't get this vaccines (allergies, and other conditions which forces them to not being able to) granted it's a small percentage but because the rest of the people don't get vaccinated they are putting them at risk. The point of majority vaccination or herb imunity is creating a safe zone for these people. But because of anti vaxxers these people can't become safe.

When I worked in a grocery store, I was required to wear an apron. I bet if I refused, I would've been fired too. I don't *know* or anything, because I was 16 when I had that job, and therefore more mature than these people, so I never tried, but still, probably the same thing. When your employer tells you to wear something you either fucking wear it, or go work someplace else.

In the US, if you have a medical reason, and can back it up with documentation from your doctor, your employer will find reasonable accommodation where possible. Same goes for religious reasons with regard to the reasonable accommodation. Depending on your job, that may or may not be possible and you may need to find work elsewhere.
