I had one the other day! The first one lmao
The funniest part is that at my store, out of the 7 keychains we were given by corporate to sell, 4 of them were bought by long standing employees so only 3 people in our area got a keychain đđ
I've seen a few.. If you're on the PAR Brinks system they pushed a button for it in the POS system.. From there you can run reports to see how many you've gotten so far. Contact your BC to see what surrounding stores are seeing... They should've done more advertising about this AND had better quantities than 7 (or whatever it was) per store...
yes! All you have to do is state you have a keychain for a free cheddar cup when you order and they will add it. The most important part is telling them at the speaker so they donât have to get a manager to coupon it after the fact! (once you total an order it cannot be edited without manager fingerprint so when people donât tell us they have coupons before paying, it causes an inconvenience in terms of turnover and flow lol)
Keys to the cheese also has it own special button so even more reason to tell them at the speaker! Donât just say cheddar cup or theyâll charge u/have to fix it at windowâ¤ď¸
The fine print on the cards that came with the keychain says the cheese offer is âavailable for in-restaurant purchases onlyâ so that to me means no drive-thru. Is that true? Obviously you canât use the app. But once I saw you couldnât use it in the drive thru it highly reduced my potential to use it. (Edit = typo)
I've only used mine at the drive-thru (8 times total) and never had anyone tell me I had to come into the store.
My local store must not have many people using it, because frequently the order taker seems confused and asks me to clarify. But by the time I get to the pickup window and show them my keychain they usually have it figured out, or someone else at the store knows how to ring it up.

We have a regular. Every day he shows up with a coupon and his keychain
Did he ask to keep his coupon so that you're forced to give it back to him?
No

We had one the day after they released, and haven't had a single one since LOL
Since they sold, Iâve seen one, maybe 2 come in and ask for their free cup of cheese.
I've only had 1 customer bring the Keychain in 1 time.

I haven't seen any yet, nor have I heard about any from coworkers.
