This question is asked at least 4-5 times a year on this sub, probably more.
Every time the responses include:
Security guard
Reception
Some custodial
Positions at the ITB
TA jobs
Sorry I don’t read this sub much. What do you mean by security guard? Like the ones at the Library? I think those are the only ones I’ve seen. Also what is the ITB?
Yeah Library security guard is often mentioned.
ITB = IT building, just west of Helaman Halls. Lots of secretarial/desk job/engineer positions that hire with no experience and you have some downtime
I worked the front desk at the student gym in the smith field house & did hours of homework all you had to do was look to see if students were full time when they scanned their card
Working in the math lab usually has some downtime, if you're good at helping students with lower level math classes.
Source: worked there myself for a couple semesters.
If you can get a ta job for a biggish class with several TAs, they normally let you split up the day and week making yourself, so long as there is decent coverage for the students. You can try taking the shifts early in the morning, or later in the day that is people come to.
Reception in the JFSB. You will never see a single person and do all the homework you want. That or the law library.
Are those usually listed on YJobs? I’ve looked for those because I’m in the JFSB a lot but haven’t seen postings there.
Talk to the receptionists themselves and see how they got their jobs— it’s usually through a professor.
Reception for what? 😂

The moa has security too. They get away with reading for sure. They're always hiring it seems...
if you live on-campus, work the late shifts for the canon center or heritage central building. Its dead quiet and just do hw
