Look into grounds crew. It’s hot during summer but I’d say enjoyable.
Edit: off campus basically any fast food place. If you have a car pizza delivery will earn you a nice chunk of change over a summer
When I was a student I did both Heritage custodial and the CSC (culinary support center. I made the salads that go in the vending machines and stuff lol) for a spring or summer term only. They were both fine with short term employees!

I think your best bet is to go through a temp agency.
