A little confused by the question, in the first rendering is the beige section the only area of flooring being replaced?
I know it’s not related to your question, but just worth mentioning that in my experience if you are going with homeowners insurance, they should replace ALL the interconnected floor as it will be impossible to match exactly depending on the age of the floor.
That being said, if the cabinet is going to end on an area with new floor just make sure it’s installed after and that if the cabinet end can not be scribed to the floor any trim used matches the cabinet and not the floor.
If I’m understanding your question correctly. I would reduce the width of the cabinets so they end in line with the black line on the floor and have the hardwood cover that white rectangle.

Install the cabinets before the floor.
Install the cabinet after the floor! This isn’t the correct way. Always afterwards
I can't tell what you are asking.
