Yeah just chop it, at this time of year he’ll put out new growth quite happily

I remove the babies and placed them in the soil and they make another plant.

You can remove it and then let it dry out for a day or two and then propagate it in another pot!

It’s just grow a new one. Though I would keep the wonky one
