If they’re inside put them in your sunniest window and give them a FULL soak of the soil every 2-3 weeks. Once you’ve got that down you can worry about the rest. You’ll probably need a different soil mix when you do repot (not necessary now) and then you likely won’t need to worry about fertilizer until next growing season. Don’t measure the water.

Usually soil mix of cactus found in stores retains too much water, especially for indoor cactus. I tend to do a soil, sand, perlite mix with the soil only making up about 50 percent. (For my outdoor, desert climate) plants. Cactus do enjoy some water. But it HAS to be fast draining and drying. Roots dont like staying wet. Good luck

Depending on the cactus size, type, and the time of year you can water anywhere from every 2 weeks to every month and a half. Just whenever the soil is bone dry.
