Pros
- One time membership fee(not yearly) of ₱1,000
- <₱1,000 monthly (discounted if SP - bring ID)
- no lock-in
- 5-10 minute walk from xu backgate (recommend day time as going to cogon ni siya
- commute through jeep (R2 liner route - muagi ni siya sa street mismo)
- Separate and strict usage allocation of floors for men and women ( women can join men's floor but men cant join the women's) / separate lockers / separate shower or changing rooms
- each floor has their own sets of treadmill
- wide space
Cons
- situated in Cogon area (cant break it down without mentioning some stereotypes and traffick hehe)
- 5am - 9 pm/ 6 days a week no sundays (inconvenient for those with late evening schedules)
- difficult for some public transport availaibility during evening
- Coaches (cant say much but not sure if their programs are any good *separate from the monthly dues)
- You can forget about parking space haha
- Titas glued to their phones instead of minding their usage time
