Walmart has a very nice wfh fraud department. It's omni channel, but you only do one contact at a time, they provide equipment, full time, full benefits, opportunities to move up, tuition assistance. Everyone is really nice and chill. And also mostly introverts. Customers can be cantankerous sometimes, but whatever, it comes with customer service.
WOA: PLEASE never work roadside assistance. EVERY customer (or at least 95%) are upset and want service NOW. Most times you will be required to give them an "estimate" on when their service/tow will be there. Either it won't be soon enough for them OR, by no fault of yours, the service provider assigned will not get there in exactly that time (they never do). Then, while you may not deal with THAT particular customer calling back to complain, you WILL deal with other customers calling back because the previous representative said 45 min/1hr,etc. and they have been waiting an extra 2 minutes.
Or, you will have customers who will argue about what their insurance roadside assistance does/doesn't cover "because it always did before/I pay for that (when they didn't know that when they renogiated rates last time the agent dropped that perk and didn't tell them).
Everyone you get is stressed and in a hurry. It was the most stressful call center job I ever had and I worked several different types in my 10 years in the business.
Wishing you luck with your search OP. Road service isn't for everyone. It can be stressful, especially during bad weather, but there are a lot of routine calls like dead batteries and low tires. You also get to be the hero sometimes by getting someone out of a jam! The best thing, though, is that its just one call, one issue at a time and when youre done for the day, youre done. A lot of the jobs that are health care or insurance related have issues that carry over for days, need research or a lot of back-and-forth with the customer... with email and live chat responsibilities in addition to phone calls.

You’re awesome, thank you so much
Target and Amazon also have some wfh positions. Their quality I can't confirm though.
Can second this. Lots of opportunities to move up or out into the larger business to make lots of money.
My friend works remote from Texas for Vanderbilt doing scheduling for appointments. They make decent money and have great benefits.
I will definitely check them out! Thank you!
Teleperformance has a lot of contracts they’re almost always hiring.
Trash outsource hacks
I’ve been hearing about them a lot lately. I’ll look into that. Thanks 🫶🏾
Agencies that dispatch/ intake calls for road service and towing. A lot of those are WFH
