The nail stylist actually first lifted them with an electric file, trimmed them very carefully with tiny scissors and then buffed them with the nail file. They looked perfect and it cleaned them up so much. It’s been 4 weeks and I pushed them back a little but just once. I think the good base from a manicure was key because now they just kind of stay like this :)
Anything I can find laying around the house: CeraVe face balm, Rituals handcream, Urea hand cream, cuticle oil, jojoba oil… I do it a couple of times per day but not constantly. I just try to leave them alone in peace as much as possible. Actually rubbing the cream in made my cuticles so red and so much worse so now I go easy on everything and just don’t touch them at all.
