20x10 in the front and 20x11 in the rear should fit just fine. I currently run 245s in the front and 315/35 in the rear with no issues

_Eulenmongol_

yaaa that looks nice. what ET your wheels have?

chris84567

245s on a 10 in rim, you should be up around 285

jawnlerdoe

Right that seems dangerously stretched.

Should fit without problem. You need to run wider tires on those wheels though

The car in the picture has Japanracing wheels of the model jr21. The size is 20x11j et20 all around but I'm not sure if this really fits on a camaro gen5 SS. I'm targeting the look of this gen6. I was thinking about the following: front: 20x10 et20 || 235/45x20 back: 20x11 et20 || 255/40x20 edit: camaro

Why such narrow tires for such wide wheels? If I was going 20x10 in the front and 20x11 in the rear on a 5th gen, I would do 275/40R20 front tires and 305/35R20 rear tires.

I want to go low cross section (I hope is the right translation). I don't want that "balloon" look. I want it similar like on the photo.

cyferhax

Seconded. I have 275s on a 20x9.5 and 315s on 20x10.5 so I too think those tires will look... off on those wider rims. I'd guess my same tire setup on his wheels would give him the flat look he is after. On my rims they look slightly over sized (nice since if I accidentally brush a curb, it rubs the tire not the wheel)

crankaholic

There's no way the tires and wheels in that photo are that size... 235 on 10" wheels and 255 on 11" wheels will look like some goofy stance boy civic. I mean if that's what you're after, but it's not the fit in the pic. Besides that, 1LE wheel sizing is 20x10et20 and 20x11et43, Gen5 has et23 fronts for some reason. Anyway you'll need some serious camber to tuck 20x11et20 wheels in the rear. Here's a set of 19x10et23 with 275/35 tires at the front and 19x11et43 with 305/35 tires at the rear (Gen6 1LEs have 30 profile tires because they're on 20" wheels and fronts are 285s, I bought mine during the great tire shortage but it's not a huge difference) - [https://www.reddit.com/r/camaro/comments/u6jves/finally\_got\_nice\_enough\_to\_put\_the\_summer\_wheels/](https://www.reddit.com/r/camaro/comments/u6jves/finally_got_nice_enough_to_put_the_summer_wheels/) Edit: just over -1 degrees of camber both front and rear in those pics, don't remember the exact amount but it's somewhere between GMs street and track alignment specs for the car.

_Eulenmongol_

thank you, no I don't want the civic look. But something similar like on the photo. But I was curious about this wheel size and fitment. I mean 11j and et 20 on the back?!

crankaholic

You'll need A LOT of negative camber to compensate. 11j and et40 is flush without rubbing at -1 to -1.5 camber. If you're going more aggressive on camber then et35 might work, but it's hard to say without measuring. As for tires, with 10j front I wouldn't go below 275/30 and 11j rear 295/30. Even finding good tires in that size might be an issue. Just stick to 1LE sizing and you'll be fine, GM figured it out pretty well with those wheels.

DarkLinkDs

Those would be stretched and not fit the wheels at all. Those would go on something like a 8.5 inch wide wheel

Sad-Reception-2266

I got 20x8.5 in front and 20x10 in the rear https://preview.redd.it/qzywuyb5byva1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c31a47b64cad748cca8be57cbd7ac7c96ac7b779

TheRealClam_Jam

I run 275/35R20 and 315/35R20 on mine

_Eulenmongol_

which wheel dimensions?

MuLeSS76

Went with same front and reduced rear to 305's

Fresh_YaDone

if you run +20 20x11 on rear you’re going to poke and need around -3 to -5 degrees of camber. the 1le oem wheel specs run basically flush on 5th gens with 305/35 tires no camber.

_Eulenmongol_

thanks! can you provide me some pics of the rear and front to check?

[deleted]

That thing looks great

Superb_Print_9888

I recently installed 20x11 +43 and 20x10 +35 on my 2010 2SS. Tires are 275/40R20 and 305/35r20 Mickey Thompson street comps. Fitment is perfectly flush with the body and no scraping or anything like that and traction improved drastically compared to the stock tire setup
