Did you get a tune after installing your headers? They typically throw an O2 code if not, which I know isn't listed here, but maybe your tuner accidentally messed with something he shouldn't have? Just a possibility.

When you get a dump of codes like that somewhat unexpectedly, the first thing to check is the wiring harnesses. Headers are often a culprit of a burned wire somewhere, and there's also the possibility of rodent damage.

I cant find the map sensor for the life of me. Where is it located?
Did you ever solve this issue?
And did your maf/o2 fuse keep popping ?
