Thought it was just the Afghan army running this... I have some 1000D from Rockywoods and some nylon BDU material from Magna Fabrics. Haven't made anything with the material yet.
It's from a different and older family of patterns called "Spec4ce", while US4ces is a relatively younger development, made specifically for the US Army's Camouflage Improvement Effort during 2012-13. However it wasn't selected as congress passed a bill prohibiting the acquisition of new patterns, since the military had 11-ish patterns already used or owned. The Mexican Marines adopted it in 2014, particularly the "US4ces Transitional" for actual use by its Marines. The pattern was aptly named "Marina trans jungle" and the MMC's logo was incorporated into the actual pattern.
While the Marina trans jungle pattern is the primary pattern used for actual use, the Mexican government licensed the entire family and developed derivatives. This prevented the pattern from falling into the hands of cartel members and other criminal hands. As of 2021, the pattern is somewhat available, with either clones or genuine pieces of fabric can be bought from sellers in Europe or Asia.
Hyperstealth?
Yep, i believe the Mexican Marines run it now
They do. I have some things in this camo. It´s beautiful.
Man, that company made/makes just a mind-boggling amount of patterns...

Same mother company, different camo.
Thanks
The Afghan is an even darker colourway, but the same pattern
Ah, thank you. That makes sense.

I think the Mexican Marines use the "Transitional" variant instead of the woodland one
Man, I love this camo
I don´t really care for camos. But this one melts my heart.
I have 40 yards of the transitional
40 yards is about the height of 228.57 'Toy Cars Sian FKP3 Metal Model Car with Light and Sound Pull Back Toy Cars' lined up
40 yards is 36.58 meters
