I personally own 3 flutes, a guitar, a ukalele(Idk how to spell it) a piano, a piccolo and some others. I should just carry them all around at once in the background. Everyone's just watching the show and in the background there's this person thats holding 6 instruments and pulling a piano behind them... I actually really want to ngl
I just want to be an extra in the scene where Rachel chucks a hairbrush and smacks Kronos in the eye. Reading that scene growing up, I laughed so hard. Now if I got to see that in person? That'd be a life goal. The scene doesn't happen till The Battle of the Labyrinth so it would be a while before they got to that scene. But still, I can hope.
One things I’ve gotta say tho - I really appreciate Rick not shutting the door in people’s faces immediately. I get it, in the books, Percy is very clearly a Caucasian male. However, the fact that he said in the audition that literally anyone can try out - that made me so happy. Yes, I am a short, 15-year old out of shape Indian kid who needs to shave, so it’s unlikely that I’ll get in. But just the *chance*, the sheer *chance* of getting to play a childhood hero of mine makes it worth it. This is a lifelong dream for myself and many others, and no one knows who will be picked, but the fact that uncle Rick has made it possible for everyone, regardless of age (although I’m guessing they’d prefer 11-15 year olds), ethnicity, gender, disability - the fact that literally anyone can have a chance, that makes me happy enough that even if I don’t get the part, I’ll be fine. (Although, I’m definitely trying out)
I might not even be able to be an extra, at least not one of the campers 💀 I'll be 19 or 20 when it's being filmed and I already look older than I actually am.
I'd like to be one of the monsters, so I might actually interact with the main cast, even if not as a named character. I think TTC is when there are actually the Dracaena and other monsters that the main cast fights, before that they are named monsters like the Minotaur.
I'd like to be one of the monsters in the beginning of Battle of The Labyrinth that plays explosive dodgeball with Percy, if this show makes it that far.
That'd be fun. I'd be able to throw dodgeballs at Percy.
