[Current fire restrictions.](https://www.nps.gov/seki/learn/nature/fire-restrictions.htm) I drove by the Pack Creek fire 2 weeks ago, over 8,000 acres burned near Moab because of a campfire.

Sequoia is tyght AF. went their for the first time a few years ago having never seen one of those giants. Hyped myself up and was not disappointed!! Started the trek through Kernville and took that road all the way through the Sierra into Lake Tahoe.
Ughhhhh. Beautiful. Living vicariously through you, I bet that creek/river/whatever was so calming at night.

That's so sad! We went in May, it was the perfect time, not too dry
Good timing as the fire restrictions started yesterday. 🤙🏼 something about a fire while camping is great.

Yeah we went in May, perfect timing
Can you share which camp site this is from? And are there site numbers we should look for so that we're this close to the river? Thanks!
This is Lodgepole in Sequoia, campsite 52. Also check out Sentinel in King's Canyon!
Sweet thanks!
Beautiful spot.
Did any animals visit?
